The hotel is very legendary... It's okay as long as it functions normally.. Especially the cleanliness of the bathroom is not that great, it needs to be renovated.. even if you don't want to do a major renovation, please pay attention to the condition before guests stay.. The price is quite pricey, you know.. The room carpet is very dusty, the sheets are yellow, the TV is small and doesn't work, the picture is all ants.. Sorry, I won't go there again... I just stayed at a 4-star Horison, but it was like a 2-star..

Including one of the hotels that are quite old, from the sheets to the furniture. The TV is small, but the AC and hot water are functioning normally. The elevator also seems to need maintenance. The pool is large, but it seems to be used for visitors from outside. For food, there are quite a lot of variations and the taste is also okay. Plus point, there is a car wash facility from the hotel. Thank you!

order 2 rooms get different floors, the 4th floor room is ok, the toilet is clean while the 6th floor room looks old, the pillows and sheets are a bit yellow, the blanket is old model like a hospital blanket, the toilet is a bit gloomy with water stains on the walls and walls, the toilet is old model and wobbly, flashes loudly. the furniture also looks old, needs furniture rejuvenation. The service is ok, the staff is friendly, the breakfast menu is varied, the location is strategic

Prehistoric building, very small shower water, toilet flush is not optimal, must be assisted by hose, fortunately it is cheap and quite clean.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Horison, even though it's an old hotel, quality is still a priority, one thing that is always a plus point is that every morning the car is shiny after being washed by the hotel.

The last time I stayed here, if I'm not mistaken, was 5 years ago. Now, wow, it's much nicer and more beautiful.

Our family's favorite hotel when staying in Bandung is Horison.

The room is very damp, dark, and smells of dust. It is very old and needs renovation. Breakfast is bland and not varied. Gym facilities are very bad, old. I got a deluxe price of 1.5 million for 1 night, it is very, very not worth it. Very disappointing.

The room is quite spacious. The atmosphere is nice and it is close to my family's destination.

We arrived at around 13.50 and saw a long check-in queue, so we had to wait quite a while. Initially we got rooms 819 and 821. Apparently the water in both toilets was brown. The toilet spray in 819 was very strong and could not be adjusted/reduced. The flush toilet in 821 spilled water and flooded the toilet area. Does that mean urine came out too? We immediately asked to move rooms but CS said this problem would be fixed by a technician. Then a technician was brought in and tried to fix the problem. It turned out that it didn't solve the problem. We called CS again and asked to move rooms. Finally after waiting for more than 2½ hours (14.30-17.15) we were able to move rooms at around 17.15 to rooms 620 and 622. Alhamdulillah the toilets in these 2 rooms functioned well and the water was also clear. The toilets were old/old and had patches here and there. The carpets in the rooms should also be vacuumed regularly because they looked dirty. We would definitely reconsider 1000x if we had to stay at this hotel again. This is an old hotel and needs serious maintenance.
