Good experience and will be back to this hotel for my 4th trip.

The elevator to the parking basement takes a long time and only 1 elevator is connected to the parking basement.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's strategically located, has ample parking, and is clean and smells great. The staff are very friendly, from the front desk to the security. The rooms are clean, and they also offer afternoon tea. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again.

So far so good, but there is no car valet, you have to park yourself downstairs.

The receptionist was friendly, check-in was easy, directions to the elevators were provided, breakfast hours were explained, and the pool was open. The room was clean, there were plenty of TV channels and the broadcast was clear, the water heater was optimal, the toilet seat was okay, the room was quiet, the breakfast was delicious and varied (they weren't stingy with the menu), and the staff at the entrance to the breakfast room and the person who took away the dirty dishes were prompt and friendly. We will definitely visit a hotel like this again (it's close to Braga too). It's a winner for the three of us.

Fast process and cleanliness is okay, very pleasant.

The hotel's location is strategic, and the rooms are quite spacious. The bathrooms are cramped, still using bathtubs. The trash cans in the rooms are broken (they have to be opened by hand, even though they should open when stepped on) and are still in use. Drinking water is not refilled.

I really love El Hotel Royale Bandung. Thank you to the staff for their excellent service, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and the best part is the location. However, just a few criticisms and suggestions, the rooms are a bit less soundproof, and the signage is still lacking, as many guests choose the wrong tower. But overall, it's really great ❤️

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved, the floor of the room is dirty and the sheets on the bed are neat.

Great, just the sound of the motorbike exhaust is a bit noisy in the room.

Overall, it's good and I recommend staying here. The Wi-Fi signal is slow when the hotel is full. Thank you, El Hotel Bandung.

The mattress in the condotel is sagging, please renew it.

I've stayed here three times. I stayed for two nights, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, the AC was cold and not overly dramatic, the staff was friendly, and the service was fast even on weekends. I'd suggest a room with a street view be soundproofed because it's very noisy outside. The breakfast variety wasn't complete, and neither were the pastries. But otherwise, everything was fine.

This was my first stay here. The hotel is comfortable for families, clean, with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool offers both hot and cold water options, and the prices are affordable.

This former Panghegar Hotel is our favorite hotel when we visit Bandung. We also stayed here when it was still Panghegar. I love the modern renovation of the rooms, which has removed the old-school Panghegar feel, hehe...

Room was very big and comfortable. Food was average. The gym didn’t have air-conditioning.

Our second night here. The room was a lot smaller, and the shower didn’t drain water properly. It was blocked and it caused flooding.
