Excellent hotel and staff top class!!

Great hotel- very helpful staff.

We stay at Rogner while visiting our family in Tirana. Love the location, the service, the breakfast and the pool. Will stop again when visit my family.

Very good location and a nice pool. The air-condition in the room is old and didn't work prperly. There is no coffee machine in the room... They couldn't change money at the reception (they werr out of cash). In order to get a bottle of water at midnight I had to pay 500 Lek cash (about 6 usd).

The breakfast was great and I had an amazing massage at the spa.

Excellent stay - just a shame it was only for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having a takeaway breakfast was a lovely gesture as we needed to check out very early.

A spacious bedroom and bathroom on the small side but adequate. As seems to be the norm in Albania, the breakfast could be better although I had a decent croissant and coffee. The internal gardens in a city centre are very pleasant. We didn’t use the pool as it was very busy during our stay. Pool staff need more training. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city.

This is the place to be if staying in Tirana- location, location, location. Easy to walk to everything you need to see or to the bus station to catch a bus. The property was immaculate and well maintained and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. The best part was the helpful and friendly front desk staff. I had a minor medical issue and they directed me where to go and what to do. Thank you for making out stay very pleasant.

Great hotel!💯 Fantastic breakfast.

The hotel, its staff and placing is very nice. Only minus was that we had to pay for the parking - that should have been included as the price per night is quite stiff.

Lovely staff and amenities and location!

My room was small; even more concerning was a bad smell that appeared to originate from one of the mattresses. Breakfast was good albeit tha hot items (scrambled eggs, etc) were cold or lukewarm.

It was a pleasure to stay at this property. The cleaning staff was on top of room and breakfast was amazing!
