The service and room hotel is very good, but the traffic jam around the hotel was horrible.

Phòng cũ, khá sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, có bàn ủi, máy sấy tóc, check in 15h, check out 12h, cách âm cực kỳ không tốt, ở ngay cạnh phòng nhân viên, tiếng nói chuyện, tiếng cửa đóng mở cực kỳ rõ ràng. dọn phòng khá trễ (sau 15h chứ không phải buổi sáng)

The hotel is not far from lrt chow Kit, 5 Minutes walk from exit A. The staff are so kind and helpful, they will collect you 30 MYR for tourism tax if I'm not mistaken, the room is completed with basic amenities we need, no need to bring tooth paste, tooth brush, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand wash, they have it all. The cleaning service will clean the room everyday so you will have a clean room when you back to the hotel. The room quite spacious for me (solo) with 2 luggage and still have many space. Nearby there is kk mart open 24/7 and also MyDin and 7/11 are across the street. Breakfast just good enough to have before starting the day. I have nothing to complain about. This hotel is worth the money.

The hotel is good, receptionist very kind. But the parking valet service very bad. Their staff try to lay inside our car. He adjusted our driver sitter and my husband saw that happened he mad at that staff. The staff shocked and opened the car door and hit the wall.

I suggest if you would like to have a happy holiday please don't book this hotel, you totally can not check in at 3pm. I wait until 3:56pm, but I was told to wait a another 20mins, because the room I book is not ready yet. Suggestion for Hilton, if you can't make it, please hire more cleaner to clean the your room, really a bad experience for your customer

Good location nearby LRT station. Nice and clean room. Friendly staffs.

1. Design is superb. 2. The bed is big, king size. 3. Room is big. 4. AC cool. 5. Hot water is good. 6. Location near masjid jamek. 7. The Smart TV is big. 8. The Food is not recommended.

Semuanya bagus kecuali service receptionist tanggal 19 Juni 2023 pukul 03.40 pagi, saya minta dibantu pesan Grab Car atau taksi karena HP saya lagi bermasalah tapi diminta cari sendiri di halte sebelah hotel sambil main HP, bad attitude.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, late check out is also given, easy to find food, clean rooms.

Clean hotel, good service, location close to the train station. Having trouble carrying suitcases because everyone uses the stairs, from the entrance to the lobby.

The staff in The hotel ' s are very friendly and good. But the parking space was to tight … the swimming pool is in the Hilton garden inn south but we were staying in the north so there was no choice to just walk to the Hilton garden inn south. But the rest of it was good.

1. Good breakfast. The room are spacious with very comfort mattress. 2. Gym and pool too small and not worth it. 3. Why guest need to pay rm10 for touch and go during parking, surely hotel can void it during check out.

I got a surprise birthday cake when I entered the room, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful, I love the bed and bathroom style, the room was big and comfy. I hope there will be midnight snacks in the future because it’s quite difficult when you have to find food when you are starving at midnight

Don't get fooled by the name. Not very Good hotel, though the breakfast was good.

Amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn North, the rooms are clean and spacious, warm water is also stable, the location is okay strategically because in front of the hotel directly the bus stop. breakfast is also okay, lots of choices and good taste. because we stayed 2 nights, we were given a room with a view of twin towers. Besides that, for rooftop swimming pool facilities, we can also enjoy the hilton garden inn south. Thanks, hilton graden inn and Traveloka.
