Very clean, good location. Staff didn't know how to make the cocktails on their menu and the room was very small, but we enjoyed our one night stay!

The hotel was not well maintained. The staff was rude. The towels wild and torn. Bedding was not clean and there was no air conditioning or fans. I will not return.

Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.

Lovely quiet hotel in Machico, short walking distance to the sea front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were very helpful with an issue I had with my passport and helping with my luggage while I went Scuba diving after check out.

Old hotel, no conditioner, carpets need to be changed, city parking. Location is good.

Very good stay at this small hotel. I advised of our very late flight and arrangements were made for our arrival after front desk closed. Excellent communication from hotel staff to set this up and all went very smoothly. Room was clean and quiet although a bit dated. I was told that renovations are being undertaken. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient to the airport in a lovely town setting.

Machico is a quiet little area to explore. The hotel was small and sufficient, service was friendly.

From bags been allowed to be dropped off early,request of a kettle in my room,booking for lunch,to general area information 2nd to none.Very friendly staff that went out of there way to help you.A very pleasant and enjoyable stay at a great location

Parking was juggled but not an issue . The hotel was a very good budget hotel . The breakfast was more than adequate . Staff were very friendly . It’s a great spot to do walking especially the peninsula walk . Nacho do is much quieter and cheaper than Funchal but we found very friendly

Super convenient for airport, beach, food and bis station for local activities and rest of island. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and great balcony with sea view. Good buffet breakfast with a few options including cold, cooked, and sweet. Great location, with free parking a short walk (paid parking closer by, but rarely spaces available). New bathroom and amazing shower. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Very nice staff and a decent breakfast. The room was a little old, stained carpets, no kettle or fridge, but at the price and for one night, it was absolutely fine. My room had a bath which was very welcome and also a balcony, which was nice and the bed was very comfy. Great location and the friendly and helpful staff made up for the slightly shabby room.
