This could not have been a better location and better experience. You have a beautiful pool and property. The breakfast and dinners were fabulous. Our room was so clean and very comfortable. You did a great job. My only complaint is the Spa service and Massage. I have to say it was terrible and I’m so sorry to say that. They had the air conditioner blowing in the room during the scrub it was cold. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the massage was not what I paid for. Otherwise, what a wonderful time I’m still gonna give you five stars.

Lovely hotel very convenient to the Iguazu falls 5 min walk

This hotel is much better than I thought. The lobby is so beautiful, decoration, pool, service, food, ambiance, everything was perfect. Close to Parque de las Aves, Waterfalls, airport. Highly recommended.

The Sanma provided us with the perfect location for a whistlestop tour of Foz. It was clean and the staff all very helpful.

The service was top-notch. Staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful…smell of lemongrass was so welcoming and clean. Loved this place and walking distance to Iguazú was such a bonus

Great amenities and it's 5 minutes drive from the airport and 6 minutes walk to Iguazzu falls.

The SANMA hotel is so perfectly located if you're focused on making the most of your time in Foz. It's super close to the airport, walkable to the waterfalls and to Parque Das Aves, and has enough on site to keep you comfortable. The property itself smells and looks lovely, but for us, the staff was very aloof and unfriendly and didn't point out any of the amenities of the hotel or provide us with the perks that came with our reservation. Our first moments in our room were awkward, as I was in the bathroom and my son was changing in the room when the minibar person barged in without knocking and stared awkwardly before apologizing and leaving - so make sure to lock your door. The food at the restaurant is plentiful, but just fine, not great. The pool area is lovely to look at it, but the pool itself was full of dead insects and bugs which made my pool-loving son reluctant to swim and have a good time. The staff in the pool area never came around to offer us a menu or take an order, so it wasn't a place we cared to be at for long. All in all, a comfortable stay, but not a place I would rave about.

Staff was friendly. Room staff amazing! Great continental breakfast. Within easy walking distance of Iguaçu falls park entrance.

Great hotel! Beautiful with lots to do, and wonderful staff and pool. Sheets were a little scratchy and bed was very firm, but otherwise a wonderful time. Excellent food and amenities

Amazing grounds and convenient location at walking distance from the national park and very close to the airport. Unfortunately, views from rooms were a little disappointing

Wonderful location for Igazu Falls on the Brazil side. The concierge organised private transfer for us to visit the Argentina side. Relaxing and comfortable stay. Games room, sauna and spa facilities as well as outdoor pool. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of selection. The dinner options are very limited and mediocre, limited bar menu or a buffet style dining experience are all that’s offered and we found this a little disappointing given this is a 5 star hotel. Would stay again and recommend to friends

Outstanding. Beautiful natural wood decor throughout the property, clean, excellent pool area with 3 whirlpool spas. Dinner buffet could increase the number of entree choices.Staff always helpful and courteous. Within a short walking distance from the Brazil Iguazu Falls welcome center where you buy tickets and board bus to the actual falls. I loved my stay and wished I could have stayed longer.

This hotel has a gorgeous property, and wonderful pool. The food offerings leave a bit to be desired, however.
