Amazing property and staff! Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close walk to National Park entrance made it even better. Great breakfast buffet although dinner options/menu could use an upgrade. Highly Recommend!

It was walkable to the Brazilian side of the falls and the bird park. It was quiet. The breakfast was really good. We had room service and although there was not much choice it was very nice.

The public spaces in this hotel are very nice, big spaces, intriguing art work. The room itself was disappointing. I booked a room with a double bed and a single bed and got a very small room with two single beds. The hotel did not mention the ongoing construction in advance- and it was quite noisy. The breakfast buffet was ok but the coffee was terrible. The concierge was helpful. The hotel is far from the city center but near the bird park and falls.

Wonderfully kind staff. Feels like other 5 star hotels in Brazil. Rooms are small but that seems pretty standard. Breakfast was lovely. Grounds are beautiful. Unique building.

Wonderful amenities. Next door (literally) to the two main attractions in Fox, namely Bird park and the Brazilian side of the waterfalls park. Five minutes from airport. Downtown fox is far though around 10 miles but one can’t have it all. Gym (used) pool and hot water spa (not used) seemed nice. Also had sauna and spa. Lobby is luxurious and pianist in the bar plays like a dream.

Fantastic location for visiting the falls. The staff were are friendly and efficient. Gabriel, the concierge, was amazing and helped us organize a driver to visit the Argentine side on day 1. Day 2 we walked a short distance to the entrance on the Brazilian side. The hotel is very clean and very close to the airport. The only downside was dinner at the restaurant was just OK. It was buffet style and the food was a little lackluster. I would definitely recommend the hotel but if you have time, go into town for dinner.

Great location to visit the falls. Quiet and relaxing. They allowed us to check-in early. The breakfast was pretty good.

I would return there because the hotel is conveniently located near the main points of interest in the area. In addition, the staff makes you feel welcomed and properly trained. The landscape is so beautiful and well maintained. On the other hand, the showers could use some touch up and a sewer smell that is coming from the bathroom at times. We asked them to switch my daughter’s room because that smell was horrible and it was done in a prompt manner. We had the same issue in our bathroom but we used perfume for that pungent smell and turned the ac on the days we didn’t have any activity planned outside of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. I think it is overpriced for the area. We had a few negative experiences. The room we were given was close to the pool and you could hear the music DJ playing songs. We were hoping for a good night sleep. So we asked if we could get a quieter room. They kindly gave us a different room that was away from the music but the A/C didn't seem to work very well. The room felt humid. The dinner buffet was very good at a price of 132 Reais, which was a little high. What I didn't like was that the drinks were not included in the price. So if you wanted water you had to order that. There were no free drinking options. We had to pay 30 reais for lemonade. Lastly, the price for our room was 1005 Reais but the Clerk must have made a mistake and billed us for 1015 Reais. I did not receive a paper bill from them so I have no way to contest the charge. Let me emphasize that it is a nice hotel but the the things I mentioned about and the price they charge was not worth it to me.

Great location - minutes (by foot) from the fall and Bird sanctuary, and close to the airport. Hotel is beautiful and grounds are spectacular. Few dining options nearby, and restaurant food wasn't great (have dinner somewhere else). Breakfast buffet was OK. Hot water in shower but a bit erratic. Would stay there again in a heartbeat (but would have dinner somewhere else).

The location is great, walking distance of the must do activities around the area. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. It is worth the value, I highly recommend this place.

Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Nice bar with live music. Nice hotel.
