They gave me very good price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. But air conditioner is a bit noisy, however it is strong. Location is good, close to em sphere and phrom pong BTS. Classic and beautiful hotel, will visit again on my next visit.

The room is not clean anymore, service lauzy. Receptionist and concierge were playing handphone all the time 🙄

It is mainly cater for Japanese chain smokers who stink up the whole place. The hot water for baht is not hot at all. Overall, the hotel should be rated 2-star at best.
