We loved our stay at this little hotel. Pros: - breakfast buffet in pretty, sunny atrium - comfortable beds - Good hot water and water pressure - Concierge and breakfast staff especially lovely - Location, location, location - charming feeling, and many public spaces Cons: - We had an interior room on the beautiful interior patio, but needed a fan (which the front desk immediately provided) for air circulation - rooftop restaurant seemed out of character as it was bright and sterile feeling

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para conocer el centro de la ciudad. Todo el personal bastante amable. Un punto de mejora es la limpieza ya que no la realizaron bien durante los días de nuestra estadía, se veía claramente que seguía sucio el piso y la ducha.

Perfect location - safe and central. Great and helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Copious breakfast. A bit pricey to add on early arrivals / late departures, but worth it if exhausted after an overnight flight. A wonderful way to feel in the heart of the city.

This is the perfect place to stay in Candelaria. The location is just a couple blocks from all the great things. The architecture is amazing. The staff , especially Cristian. was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again

Great location within walking distance of everything, but still quiet in a pedestrianised calle. The hotel has lots of history and culture. Our room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent

Fantastic location in a very safe area- street is closed to cars and the staff was so attentive. Great breakfast including an omelet station. The room was a great size with views of the Plaza. The bellhop even stood with me on the street until my uber arrived. Top notch service. I would stay here again.

Pros-centrally located, close to Simon bolivar square , gold museum and local restaurants and shopping. Nice decor and friendly staff Cons-the bathtub was not updated. The hotel itself felt safe but the guide warned us not to stray away too far in the night times.

Lovely hotel in great area of La Candelaria, walkable to Plaza and shops. All staff I encountered were wonderful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable however shower was lukewarm and low water pressure. That was enough to knock off 2 stars.

Everything ok, perfect location, silent rooms

Very comfortable. Highly recommend for those who has high standard. Staff are well trained. It could be better if check in document has English translation.
