Nice, spacious, clean room Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out (the only downside is that room service takes a long time to arrive if you ask for anything). The downside is that it's difficult to order online motorcycle taxis, and they often get canceled. There's a problem, but you have to be patient. On the second day, we were going to the restaurant for breakfast and saw a man vomiting in front of the restaurant. I reported it to the staff (there were three of them at the time), but no one responded quickly. I understand that it's disgusting. But it's dirty and needs to be cleaned. It took a long time to call the janitor to clean it, but it took about 15 minutes before anyone showed up. In the end, we had to walk through the vomit into the restaurant, which was uncomfortable. Hopefully, they'll be more efficient in handling problems in the future.

not honest and the response is just random because after that there was no follow up, I stayed in one of the rooms when checking out my jacket was left in the hanging cupboard I tried to contact several times and there was a response but there was no follow up after that it was very difficult to contact... (unpleasant experience how can a class like Acacia have this kind of service)...

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

Quiet atmosphere, not noisy, access to the city center where work activities, entertainment are very strategic.

Ordered a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the AC was hot, the room was big but not soundproof, the sound from the next room, whether right or left, was very audible.

The room is big and the facilities are complete. The staff are also friendly. It's really awesome.

This is an older hotel, but it's been renovated with a modern design. It feels spacious and clean. Air conditioning, hot water, and a good TV are available. The food is varied and delicious. However, the restaurant isn't very spacious, leading to crowds. This is probably because there are more guests there on weekends. Overall, everything is very good. I would stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a bridal shower. However, upon checking out, I realized the blanket had stains on it.

in my opinion if it's just for sleeping but still want to be comfortable and don't need a TV as a complement to entertainment, it's okay, I'm rarely in the room and more active outside so the room is only for a short stopover. this hotel could be one of the options, access to everywhere is close. only yesterday I had the chance to see the quality of the door handle which was broken and the sheets were full of holes like this, but still fine.

the room with connecting door is not soundproof. the parking area on the ground floor is damp and dusty.
