The room was very clean and smell really nice. It was the best smelling room in all the places that I stayed so far in Portugal under usd 100.00. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh but a little less options than expected. However, it is what most other hotels prepare unless high end. I wouldn't penalize them for that. It is adequate for most people to start the day. They are very close to all the spots of attraction. I really liked that. I slept, I ate and I left. They can get a 5 star for the price. I wish other hotels were as similar overall.

There must be a better hotel than this one. They gave us the room in the lobby floor, The windows were basically in the street. You cannot open them. No privacy and a lot of construction dust. I asked for a higher floor room and the guy in the lobby desk said they are all booked. When I insisted, suddenly there was an empty room, still stuffy but better than the room by the street. I do not recommend this hotel.

Parking safe and very good experience excelente the staff

Safe, easy parking for €8/24 hours under the hotel. Perfect! Spacious, quiet, comfortable rooms Helpful reception staff Lovely courtyard - sun umbrellas would be needed here in the height of summer! The only downside was the lack of tea & coffee making facilities in the room. I really missed this though the staff did provide hot water to make my own on request.

The breakfast was just fine! Our room was super clean. We felt very safe with at the hotel and the parking as well! We would gladly return it this hotel. It is easy walking distance to everything. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming!

Breakfast was quite descent with fresh fruit , breads, eggs and bacon, coffee etc. Close and safe to walk to the canals. Parking easy and usually available. Staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean and had hot water immediately

The beds and pillows were AWFUL- like sleeping on concrete!! If you love a hard bed this is a 10/10 for you as everything else was amazing!!

Hôtel situé à 10-15 minutes de marche des canaux. L'architecture et le jardin sont certainement charmants mais la chambre est de base, peu actuelle mais propre.

The room was very old, smelly. Staff was not very friendly. Room OK, door squeak, bathroom bad need update. Could hear everything from upstairs and neighbouring room. Did not like anything about the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Hotel was within walking distance from the center of the city. Aveiro is a beautiful city of Portugal.

Clean and nice hotel in city center, a few blocks away from Aveiro's train station. Parking is very limited; thus, I had to park on the street, with the inconvenience of having to pay at the meter every couple of hours.

No instructions in English about using the facilities in the room. Very busy with German cyclists then Dutch group next day. Reception helpful when not too busy.

I love the place is the 3 times I going there

I would like to say that Tiago was a big help getting us a new room as our AC did not work properly and we had a poor first night sleep. With the new room we slept much better for the following two nights. Thanks Tiago! The rest of the stay was pleasant and the breakfast staff were also fantastic.

Great Hotel to explore this town and the area . Well equipped, helpful staff . Great cafe opposite for breakfast or lunch .
