The location is very close to the MRT, LRT, and bus stations. There are also many food stalls around the hotel. The hotel room furnishings are quite old, but cleanliness is maintained. The receptionist is friendly.

The toilet flush doesn't work properly, as the water flow is low. Environmentally, it's fine because it's busy 24/7, so arriving early in the morning or heading to the airport is no problem. Close to the mosque.

In short, the hotel is great, close to the station.

Very strategic place for stay,, But i don't know why front desk service getting Down n not fast anymore,, The point is why guests should be wait till 3 pm for starting chek in then long line queue,, Why not let the guest chek in from 2pm like other hotel,, some hotel in KL they just let them go in if the room was ready,,

It's near to the meeting point and very convenient to access from one point to another, especially when taking public transport.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room

Check-in time had to wait a long time, the hotel floor, refrigerator, TV, mattress were time to be replaced because of long use. So far the staff service is very good.

Location is strategic and near to shopping mall and public transport. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hope to stay for next occasion.
