The service is very friendly and the staff are very helpful. The location is very strategic and great.

the aircond in my room was out of order

Very strategic place for stay,, But i don't know why front desk service getting Down n not fast anymore,, The point is why guests should be wait till 3 pm for starting chek in then long line queue,, Why not let the guest chek in from 2pm like other hotel,, some hotel in KL they just let them go in if the room was ready,,

It's near to the meeting point and very convenient to access from one point to another, especially when taking public transport.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room

Check-in time had to wait a long time, the hotel floor, refrigerator, TV, mattress were time to be replaced because of long use. So far the staff service is very good.

Location is strategic and near to shopping mall and public transport. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hope to stay for next occasion.

Strategic location close to station and culinary. Good breakfast.

Nice staff and bedrooms. Close to city center.

Staff nice, hotel just nice, good area.

At first I was happy because the location was suitable, but there was no welcome drink provided, soap and shampoo had to be asked several times before they were delivered. All these facilities should have been in the room.

AC didn't work, room so hot, need to fix the air-conditioning.
