⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Hotel De'La Fern with my wife. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and beautiful surroundings that made our stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay. One of our favourite spots was the beautiful garden behind the hotel at Rose Cottage. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the fresh air while spending quality time together. Hotel De'La Fern is a perfect choice for honeymooners, couples, or families looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway. The warm hospitality from the staff made our stay even more special. Thank you, Hotel De'La Fern, for the unforgettable memories. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and nature.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Hotel De’La Fern was truly one of the best staycations we've had. My wife and I had such a wonderful and relaxing time here. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Every corner of the property is calming, with lush greenery and stunning landscaping that instantly puts your mind at ease. One of our favourite spots was the beautiful garden behind the hotel at Rose Cottage. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the fresh air while spending quality time together. hotel location in the middle between brinchang and tanah rata. spacious parking, hotel surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. check in time okay..smooth only the female staff at the counter is not friendly and does not answer questions..new staff is a joke.. very spacious room but old furniture..just still well maintained and clean, my room faces the road and has a balcony. breakfast menu is okay but the service from the staff at the cafe is very good. next to the hotel there is a restaurant..but not good..better eat somewhere else. behind the hotel there is an old house that is beautiful and calming and the workers there are also good. there are 2 indian uncles who are very friendly, one named mr. sivam and one more I forgot the name..credit to both of them.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Checkin time is strictly at 3 p.m., but it would be great if early check-in at 2 p.m. could be allowed when the room is ready. The deposit of RM200 is a bit high, as most hotels usually charge around RM100. The water heater temperature kept changing suddenly from hot to cold, which was quite surprising,maybe that’s normal here, I’m not sure 😅 There was also a slight smell, like cat urine, in the wardrobe. It would be good to check and clean it before guests check in. In the bathroom, the floor was sloped, and I had to scrub it myself. I’m not sure why, but even though it was just water on the floor, it felt a bit slippery, almost like there was some moss. The breakfast was okay, but there wasn’t much variety. The staff were friendly and helpful 👍🏻

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, conveniently situated beside the main road, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent, though it could be improved with more variety. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for its comfort, cleanliness, and great value.

Stayed here a few times already. Even though it’s an old hotel, it’s still well maintained, clean, and all the equipment and facilities work well. Housekeeping is also quick to respond. Simple but comfortable.

We had a pleasant 2 nights stay at De'La Ferns. Strategic locations in between Tanah Rata & Brinchang. Near to famous attractions. Wide selection of breakfast & very friendly staff. Will definitely come back again here for our next trip to CH. Thank you.
