It was such a good place for staying in Bali, the staff really helpful especially the front office staff. I Wayan, he’s such a hard worker person. God bless to all the staff.

A one-day trial stay here with the following experiences: Positive: 1. Good hospitality and responsiveness. Requesting a free pillow was quick, and requesting a hairdryer replacement due to a malfunction was also quick. 2. Strategic location, close to eateries, whether you're looking for cheap, trendy, or expensive options. You can easily walk to enjoy the nightlife on Kuta Street. 3. Breakfast was decent, although not very varied. Responsiveness in refilling empty food items was quite good. 4. There are two parking areas: in the basement and in front of the hotel. 5. There's a children's pool (60cm) and an adult pool (120cm). Swimming towels are provided, so you don't need to bring your own. Negative: 1. Our room's sink drain had feces on it, which created a very unpleasant odor. Housekeeping explained it was rubber, when in fact, it was clearly feces. Perhaps the previous guest had bathed a baby and disposed of the waste there. Honestly, I was traumatized. This was the first time I'd ever seen feces in a sink drain in my entire hotel life. 2. The room we booked had a double bed, but we got twin beds, so we had to put them together to make room because we had kids. Even though we checked in at 3 p.m., there weren't many guests yet. 3. The pool towels were often empty in the closet, and we had to wait for them to be brought. Conclusion: We'll think twice about staying here again, considering the shocking experience in our room yesterday.

First day of breakfast, I found quite a few eggshells in my omelet (well, it’s okay, despite hygienic issue, it’s an extra calcium, I didn’t complain). But on the second day, I thought I found more eggshells… turned out it was a pretty big piece of glass. I complained, and… yeah, they just brushed it off 😮‍💨

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice, they also serve good breakfast! It's very near to the airport, Ayam Betutu restaurant, Kresna gift shop, etc.

The food is not very varied. Impressive. Hopefully this can be improved. Everything else is fine.

I came from Brisbane, Australia and had to transit overnight in Denpasar, because the next day I could fly to Balikpapan. I looked for a hotel closest to the airport, Famous Hotel was good, the room was also good, the environment and the room were clean. The staff service was also friendly, access to culinary was also close. Next time I transit again I will definitely stay here.

Everything is okay. The hotel has an old feel, but the rooms are okay. The hotel facilities are okay, especially the swimming pool. The access to the rooms is a bit like a hallway. Not so comfortable. I really like the breakfast. It tastes delicious. The staff are all friendly. The price of additional breakfast for children is relatively cheap 👍🏻. However, there was a bad incident. The last day of staying. At 12 midnight I still hadn't slept. My cellphone was lying down and suddenly a kind of millipede caterpillar fell on me who knows where it came from... I was shocked, this is the first time I've fallen on an animal like this in a hotel...

I checked in at 23.30 pm. The hotel location is not far from Ngurah Rai Bali airport. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we booked is also okay. The hotel is okay even though there are some renovations in some places. So far it was okay. The hotel room is big and has a connecting door. The motorbike parking area is very safe and outside because during our time in Bali we rented a motorbike to get around. In front of the hotel there are lots of shops and minimarkets. From the grocery store, Indomaret, Alfamart to Pepito can be reached by walking in just 5 minutes. I don't regret choosing the hotel

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are also spacious, for this price the hotel is very satisfying. Next will stay here again

Best view and friendly staff

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean.. Easy access to Kuta beach and adjacent to Park 23, the hotel location is strategic near the airport.. The staff is also friendly and very helpful.. The breakfast is also delicious.. With the facilities provided, it is really worth it if you want to stay here. Thank you Famous Hotel 😊
