Great location, very good staff who always greeted us and were ready to help. WiFi was a bit lacking.

Clean, comfortable, convenient - everything I look for in a hotel

This was my second time staying at the Art Hotel which is located a few minutes away from the old town and is a good 4 star hotel. Basic, decent breakfast, items not regularly replenished but minimal food waste. Hotel itself is lovely. Beds are comfortable, good pillows. On my first stay I must have been in a room away from the front of the property or visited at a very quiet time. On my second stay we were facing the front of the hotel. The outside noise from traffic was ridiculous and meant we could not sleep. The windows were single glazed and upon asking for ear plugs the next night found we couldn't sleep yet again. Genuinely based on this experience I cannot recommend this hotel.

The Art Hotel was conveniently located in city center, very easy to walk around as a solo traveler. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with many options on the buffet. My room was a single room and spacious. The decor was simple old charm with all amenities available. They even had a pillow menu for comfortable sleeping. The room was clean and you can choose if you want daily service, which I choose and my room was cleaned daily. This was my first time in Wroclaw and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fast, efficient and friendly check in and check out. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Hotel is in an excellent city centre location.

The hotel is ideally situated, within walking distance of the main square. The welcome at reception on arrival was warm and welcoming. Staff very helpful and informative. Room was very clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back.

The room was super clean and comfy. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Close to the Rynek and all the activities in Wrocław. Had some minor issues with the room temperature but managed it. Recommend and will come back.

The location is really convenient and the hotel is nice an quiet. Fine value for money and feels local not like a chain hotel.

Clean room, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, best location ... I thought it would be more funky artsy than it was, so that was a bit of a disappointment, but overall our stay was wonderful.

Staff were terrific - front desk very helpful including 2x daily parking deck navigation. Breakfast buffet had an excellent variety (sweet cheese crepes were a fav). Stayed in single bed room - bed was comfy and room very quiet - slept great. Shower offered plenty of hot water and pressure. Only constructive comment would be that the air conditioning may have struggled a bit and the carpet could use a little updating. Excellent location in old town.
