Scam

I absolutely loved this property. I have been to many properties in Cartagena but this by far is my favorite. I will forever stay at this proptrty. If you are looking for a place to stay book this now. The location, rooms, staff, are all superb! I can't wait to go back in October of this year!

Friendly staff and very clean room. Indoor/outdoor pool was really nice.

This property was nice for my visit. Juan was very helpful throughout our stay being that we spoke very little Spanish. There is a lot of food options around the area, the hotel does offer breakfast but it is very light so we did eat off property most days. The pool was amazing and we used it multiple times during out stay. The staff was very accommodating and we had no issues with scheduling airport transfer through them to and from. Uber was very easy to get and affordable from this location as well, we did use them almost daily as we traveled to the walled city a lot.

The front desk was very helpful and she spoke English

The receptionist Ingri was the best super nice and helpful ..how ever the place was super nice and clean love the breakfast the room reallt clean and staff was very helpful would definitely go back recommend

Beautiful place to stay!

La chambre est propre et belle. On entends malheureusement beaucoup insonorisation mauvaise…. Personnel aimable. Buffet déjeuner bon. À la fin du voyage ils ont essayé de me charger l’eau du mini bar que je noavais pas toucher et même chose pour notre couple d’amis …. Malheureusement je n’y retournerais pas

The staff were very friendly & tried to assist with whatever concerns I had. The staff facilitated a room change so that I could be closer to my friends room. There was no wash cloth provided in the room when I checked in & this had to be requested. I had to also request tissue as only half a roll was provided when I checked-in. I also had to request an iron as these items are apparently not automatically provided in the room. The hotel WiFi only worked in the lobby & once you went to your room, the WiFi didn't connect & this was a major inconvenience for me when trying to request transport & keeping in touch with family in a foreign country. The hotel can also improve on their breakfast menu for international travellers. The elevator was out of service for 2 days. There are areas on the property where mosquitoes are highly concentrated & should be fogged. The hotel should also consider adding a few movie channels for entertainment purposes instead of just having only the Claro advertisement channel & also adding a few English channels for travelers whose only language is English.

This is definitely somewhere I’d return to. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was good and the facilities were user- friendly, central to so many food and artisan shops and very beautiful.

Stayed here for 8 days with my partner. Location is great. Staff are very supportive and friendly. The breakfast choice was fantastic and tastes great. A pleasant stay and would come again. Thank you

- first room assigned: not enough wifi coverage and telephone line was not working. Staff team took care of it the next day so not too concerned. - we used the pool and I had to remind staff team twice to provide me with a towel Other than that great experience overall.

I was disappointed with my experience at the hotel. The breakfast was of poor quality and I was also disturbed to find bed bugs in my room. Despite being promised a refund, I have yet to receive it. This has left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with my stay.

Complete LIES! The pictures are not remotely close to actual representation. It is all filters, its like we got catfished. The lobby looks nice but the rooms are completely outdated. The towels look like there years old, threads coming off and very thin. The shower smells & feels like the cleaning products were not cleaned off properly. The AC only works when the keycard is plugged in. The AC is a split unit so it took a long time to cool the room. The “view” is of the street with a big tree in the way or of the main lobby. The hotel is open to the outside so there is a bunch of humidity throughout the hallways. The gym is a square box with a treadmill, a bicycle and a couple weights. Not a lot of space at all. We tried to get a refund as we did not wish to stay there and they told us to speak to expedia for Expedia to tell us the hotel was denying our refund. The staff did not care to accommodate, they stated it was non refundable. they see everything as a $ opportunity, as they stated they could upgrade us for a fee! This hotel gave hotel 8 vibes but priced higher. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!
