Staff nice and courteous. No milk for cup of tea in room. None available in hotel (out of date) but if there was we would have to pay extra. I bought milk from a supermarket.

Room was freezing, A/C control didn’t work so had no option to warm the room. Amenities and room itself were nice.

Best location, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and nice rooms. Would always stay there again.

Really disturbed night of sleep, constantly bitten by mosquitoes and the rooms was so dusty, no window to get fresh air in. Im asthmatic so this played havoc wuth my breathing a total lack of sleep. They need to air these rooms out! Also no iron at hotel? Really

Short but sweet!

It’s a nice hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. My only criticism is the bathtub is very high. It’s not senior citizen friendly. Maybe a grab bar would be nice. Very convenient location. I really enjoyed my stay - even with the bathtub!

Design is very nice

Nice interior, but very noisy AC and uncomfortable bed. Seems like an old building that has been touched up.

I was totally shocked that a top sheet wasn't available on the bed. The lighting in the room was scarce. The location was superb, right in the center.

Hotel was in a great area. They had a party going on the evening we stayed and it was extremely loud. We had to call several times to the front desk to ask them to quiet the party. It was in the central area where all rooms could hear it. Would not stay again or recommend.

In the room Floor had cracks, Celling has water damage mark. Front desk person not nice!

The property is nice and clean and is very centrally located. Shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance.

Great location near cathedral and not very far to violin museum. Museum is a wonder!

Unusually designed hotel in Cremona. Street sign is hard to read as you drive by. Kind of cold welcome by the young lady staff at the reception. The more senoir lady the next day was much better, friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern design felt more like 1980s, OK for 4 stars but no more. Amenities are OK, just. Parking was full so we had to park elsewhere which was a bit disappointing. Location is perfect. Breakfast with eggs and cold buffet was OK. All is all it's worth the money and the location by itself justifies booking a room here.

Great location a few steps from the square and cathedral in Cremona. Everything you need and clean room.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location in the middle of the old City. Unfortunately there is some deferred maintenance, and there is hardly any light in the bathroom!

This small hotel is in an old building in the heart of Bergamo. Wonderful architectural work has given the hotel a fabulous modern feel. We loved it.
