Clean room

They didn’t have our room ready so they sent us to one of their partners hotels very dirty room had mold so they tried covering with paint we were traveling with an infant so we have no choice, but to book a different hotel, costing us more money and time they never gave us a refund, even though they didn’t have our room ready.

this should be considered a apart hotel , not a HOTEL

This should not be called a Hotel. Terrible bed sheets , cheap towels , insane policies of changing towels every 2 days, no ice provided on breakfast, open garage , no security and unsafe, dirty filthy windows. This should be called a hostel amd a bad one.

Ficamos uma semana neste hotel, a única coisa que podemos falar é decepção. O hotel está completamente velho, sem estrutura para hospedar, portas, lâmpadas sem funcionar, ar condicionado quebrou e tivemos que ir para outro quarto, mas a pior parte deste local é a piscina, não tem nenhuma supervisão ou segurança, as pessoas vão pra lá bebem colocam música alta, palavreado chulo, o hotel não dá nenhuma importa a não ser que algum hóspede reclame Alguns dos funcionários são ótimos, principalmente cozinha e recepção, Natália e Aline são muito atenciosas

Fast friendly staff. Great breakfast, spacious room.

Property and services are not the best but it's a great value for the money. Great if your looking for inexpensive hotel just to sleep and be out all day.

Don’t go horrible experience

Only thing I liked was the price. Like they say you get what you pay for. It's ok for short stays around 2 days. Do not recommend for long stays. Great for single person not for families.

Great value. Telephone was broken, and no towels. Breakfast was pretty good.

Dirty, old. You pay for what you get. Don’t expect luxury. Room was old, drain smell. I did not enjoy this stay.
