I was concerned by some negative reviews, but honestly, I don’t know what people expect from an airport hotel. Complaining about the view? Seriously? Here is what I found. The airport shuttle was fast and efficient, easy to connect with and prompt. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. But are you ready for this? The shower was the BEST SHOWER WE HAD IN BULGARIA. Steaming hot with better pressure than we get at home. Sure, the room is tiny, the tv channels are lacking, there is zero “curb appeal”, but the wifi works fine and the price is beyond fair. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it for you unless you think you are going to a spa resort.

Front desk could not offer a currency exchange. The staff at the restaurant was less than friendly and the staff at the front desk was indifferent. The hotel itself was lovely in every detail. I would recommend the hotel. Just don’t expect the staff to be helpful or friendly.

This property was clean and in a great location. Hotel had everything you need. The gym had everything and one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel. Indoor pool was a nice touch for the colder fall weather.

The grounds are beautiful and the location is excellent. 5 min walk to train and bus station right on the beach and next to the park and walking street. Rooms need upgrading.

Not Up to 5-Star Standards The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation — definitely not what you’d expect from a 5-star property. While the private beach is a nice touch, the double sunbed mattresses were disappointing: they looked very dirty and were just covered with bedsheets, which felt unhygienic and off-putting. Overall, not worth the rating.

Expresso for 12 lev at the reception bar was a nit over the top.

Great stay. Staff was amazing. Svetlo went above and beyond to assist us. Will definitely be coming back to stay again on our next visit.

Clean , large room and balcony, beautiful lobby

Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, centrally located with an amazing spa! The restaurant also serves great food at reasonable prices. The service is also quite attentive and professional.

The spa and pools were excellent. More healthy food options for breakfast (vegan) would be great.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otoparkı var. Konumu çok iyi. Otelden çıkıp birkaç dakikalık yürüyüşle şehrin en kalabalık yürüyüş yoluna ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otelin hemen arkasındaki plajda otele ait şezlonglar var. Plaj taşlı değil, deniz güzel, yavaş yavaş derinleşiyor. Kahvaltısı güzel denilebilir. Domuz ürünleri yemediğimiz için et ürünlerinin olduğu birçok seçeneği elemek zorunda kaldık ama kahvaltılık çeşit sayısı fena değil. Otelin ferah ve aydınlık bir şekilde renove edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odadaki eşyaların eski ve kirli görüntüsü, odanın ve koridorların loş olması kasvetli bir hava uyandırıyor. Temizlik konusunda genel olarak memnun kaldık. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. It has a parking lot. The location is excellent. After leaving the hotel, you can reach the city's busiest walking street with just a few minutes' walk. There are sun loungers belonging to the hotel on the beach right behind it. The beach is not rocky, and the sea is nice, gradually getting deeper. Breakfast is decent. Since we don't eat pork products, we had to skip many of the meat options, but the variety of breakfast items was not bad. I think the hotel needs a bright and spacious renovation. The old and dirty appearance of the furniture in the room, along with the dim lighting in the room and corridors, creates a gloomy atmosphere. We were generally satisfied with the cleanliness.

Happy to stay each season but summer is the favorite.
