The experience of staying here is very memorable with the friendliness of the staff and the service. The hotel is located near the largest shopping center in Surabaya, easy to reach and spacious rooms. The variety of food is very diverse and tastes good. Next time I want to come here again if I go to Surabaya.

A legendary hotel since it became one of the most luxurious hotels of its time. A hotel full of memories where I first met my future in-laws, my baby first knew about hotels, until now I almost have a son-in-law. Once the only guest during the Covid era who survived opening a room.

Alhamdulillah, I had a nice night here..it was comfortable..on the 3rd floor, we got a connecting room too..the kids loved it so the four of us weren't separated..the food in the restaurant was delicious..the staff were all friendly..the hallway was quiet and a bit gloomy, maybe because it was big and the lighting was lacking..we checked in to the hotel at 10 o'clock at night..hopefully it will be better in the future.
