Honest review! Strategic location is a plus point. If possible, the hotel sign should be made bigger or colored because the restaurant sign is more striking. So so so so BAD because the room is not soundproof at all. Imagine we have been given a room on the 2nd floor, the room position faces the road, with the room condition not soundproof at all. From night to dawn we couldn't sleep because it was so noisy. There was only water, 1 bar of soap and towels. Don't expect the rest to be like in hotels in general. The room space is very big, according to the picture. Please consider Hopefully the shortcomings can be improved. Because the location and room are already good

The hotel room and atmosphere feel comfortable but it will be even more comfortable when the room is soundproof...

The staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, but unfortunately the room facilities such as the plugs are broken even though they are needed to charge the cellphone, the TV has no signal (bringing children so it is really needed for children to watch). Luckily there is Wi-Fi so the children just play with their cellphones. In the bathroom, the hot water can't be turned on because the shower faucet is broken, the bathroom door is also broken. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.

The bathroom is moldy, the exhaust fan is dead, water is leaking from the shower. The plus is the spacious room, the bed is big and soft.

The room has a hole in the roof, the TV has no signal, the toilet is dirty,

no amenities, no drinking water, dirty towels, curtains are off. The room looks unkempt. The phone doesn't work. The wallpaper is peeling off.

Access to the door using a manual key which is difficult to open, suddenly the staff opened the room door, still 3 hours until check out time (12) already contacted via WA

The bathroom is not well maintained, scary, the toilet is a bit leaky, water keeps leaking onto the floor, keeps shaking, there is no shampoo/soap. There are only tissue rolls & towels. There are only 2 plugs, the one in the room can't be used, every time it is charged it is in the bathroom. There is no drinking water, the TV can't be used. The location is on the side of the road so it is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel room is also a bit scary, which is a suite room

access is okay, the room is spacious but the smell is not good especially the bathroom smells really bad. The bathroom exhaust does not turn on. if the air conditioner is not turned on, the smell of the bathroom will reach the outside. Hopefully it can be improved in terms of cleanliness and comfort

The hotel is only good in terms of service and location. Minus on toiletries only towels, poor room conditions, cleanliness, noisy AC, TV can't turn on.

Got a room with a creepy ambience, the wallpaper on the walls of the room was torn, the TV didn't work, the ceiling had lots of leaks, the bathroom had a leaking sink, the toilet flushed slowly, the AC wasn't cold enough. The sound from outside was noisy, the room wasn't soundproof, and I didn't sleep well. The hotel should pay more attention to this.

The room smells really bad of cigarettes, the AC is not cold. But what do you expect, you get what you pay for 😢.

The location is quite strategic near PVJ and there are several choices of street food just 5-10 minutes walk. The room is quite clean and spacious, the AC is cold but a bit noisy, the bathroom is clean only the exhaust does not work, the hot water is steady. Overall very good for the price of 200 thousand.

Strategic location, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable, only the bathroom smells of urine which is quite disturbing, other than that for a budget hotel it is comfortable.
