Most importantly, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are very clean. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep it up, Sari Ater! I happened to ask for decorations for my husband's birthday. Highly recommended, making my husband's birthday memorable. The best! Especially if you stay here, you get free access to Sari Ater tourist attractions. It's also kid-friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Sari Ater Hotel & Resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff and management were absolutely wonderful — kind, honest, and always attentive, going out of their way to listen, help, and accommodate every request. It's rare to find such consistently genuine hospitality. The room was spotless and well-appointed, making for a very comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent and varied, offering a great mix of traditional Indonesian dishes alongside international options, so there was always something new to try. The natural surroundings are another highlight — lush greenery and flowing streams throughout the property create a wonderfully peaceful setting, perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like Tangkuban Perahu, making it a great base for exploring the area. Considering the level of comfort and service on offer, the price is very reasonable — genuinely great value. The highlight, though, was the hot springs. It was a truly unique and unforgettable experience, and one we'd happily repeat. Overall, a fantastic stay that we'd recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting the area.

Highly recommended for a family vacation. The facilities are complete and the service is excellent. There's a 24-hour car service, which is very helpful for getting around. The hot tub is also open 24/7, perfect for a break from the city. The view and breakfast are both beautiful and delicious. I'll definitely be back again.

The activities are varied, and the kids loved staying here, but unfortunately, the bathroom smells so bad it permeates the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep in.
