The hotel staff is friendly, but the room atmosphere is still lacking. The wall paper is starting to come off and the toilet water is small.

Staff very friendly, unfortunately my room in front of street and too noisy sound from street, having 2 bedroom nice & 1 long coach, if you bring child like me no suggestion.

damn…worse than even budget hotels..it was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the ceiling of the room was black, the sheets were dirty with lots of stains, and there were lots of disturbances, we were the only ones staying there, no one else, but there were people giggling and laughing, there were people knocking on the door, finally we decided to move hotels at 1 am, don't want to stay here, it costs 400 thousand and the appearance is so disgusting..

The room was not clean. The floor was dusty, the table was also dusty and slightly sticky. The linen got reddish and transparent stains. The ammenities are also lacking. There are no hotel's sandals and liquid soap. The phone and hair dryer did not work. The room's wallpaper is torn in many places and the wooden desk is stained. I need to ask the staff twice before they actually visit the room to clean it. They changed the linen, however the new one is still full of stains. I assumed their linen are all dirty. Their elevator and corridor were dirty too.

we are looking for a spacious room for family, and we got it at scarlet hotel dago. but the cleanliness is very lacking, the door can't be locked, the aura is not comfortable. when I complained to ask for a small but clean room, the officer immediately upgraded to a large class without additional costs, thank goodness. thank you for the service, hopefully this hotel can get good maintenance because the location is very good in the middle of the city, Simpang Dago red light, close to everywhere. hopefully yes.
