Every time I stay at Horison, I always feel warm, perhaps due to the natural surroundings. The rooms and staff are quite good, but unfortunately, some areas are a bit neglected when walking around. The food is quite delicious and varied. I'm very satisfied with the menu, thank you.

Children will be happy to stay there because there are lots of fun activities like the mini zoo.

Breakfast lacks variety, but comfort is top notch.. thankyou😍

Upon arrival we were told the room we booked has no air condition. When I booked the hotel there is no notice saying the hotel is booked for no AC room.

The only thing lacking is the hotel room, the lighting is not very bright because it uses dim lights. Otherwise, everything is impressive, especially for those with small children. It's really suitable here 👍👍👍

The atmosphere is beautiful. Comfortable. Makes you feel at home. Lots of entertainment for the kids, especially at night. It's awesome. Only when I brought one child for breakfast, I had to charge the phone again. Usually, when I stay at a hotel with two adults, one child is always free, even though my child is only 6 years old.

A memorable stay at Green Forest. We stayed in a Family Room and were surprised by how large it was, with nine beds, even though there were only four people staying there. The hotel grounds are very shady, with lots of trees, making it comfortable, beautiful, and peaceful. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Highly recommended for family vacations.

came here on a weekday (school holiday) disappointed when entering the room not the same as in the photo for the Grand Suite type, had called the receptionist asking to move rooms because the room was remote in the back area & there were only 2 rooms with bamboo forest views. but could not because they were all full. The lights in the room and terrace were dim. The breakfast menu was not varied. for the surrounding area is good, there are many things to explore. BF 10 year old child was charged 65k.

friendly staff, good service, unfortunately the facilities are not as expected..they said there was a place for children to fish but it turned out there was none..it was already 10 pm and there were still noisy motorbikes coming and going..I could only sleep at 12 am because the room was not soundproof..oh at dawn I was woken up by the sound of a very large mosque loudspeaker..it was really disturbing. just one stay there. thank you.

Check in time needs to be improved again, because it takes a bit long to wait for the room to be ready

Hotel with a very nice view and very spacious, the facilities for bringing children are very complete, starting from the indoor outdoor playground, swimming pool, to a mini zoo too! It happened to be a children's holiday so there was a really fun kids activity! The service is also okay! But unfortunately ... the room is not soundproof at all. In our room yesterday we heard the sound of children crying + screaming in the next room from 20.00 to 23.00 non-stop, and it really disturbed our rest, I tried to contact the officer but it seemed like they were "not nice" to the customer. For breakfast, it was quite complete on the first day of my stay, but the next day it was not as good as before, the food that was finished / empty was not immediately filled, even the milk in the cereal waited for 30 minutes but was not filled 😅 But, Overall it was very impressive to stay here !!! Hopefully input / criticism can be considered, we will stay here again inshaAllah

Perfect. This hotel has a one-stop holiday concept. So, when we checked in, all the holiday facilities were already available inside the hotel. Starting from photo spots, a large playground, a mini zoo, children's games, a swimming pool, a view that spoils the eyes. The point is, no need to leave the hotel area anymore. The staff is friendly and responsive. The air is very cold starting at 15.00.

The environment is comfortable and green, many photo spots and spacious. There is a mini zoo / garden market, cafes, restaurants, rivers, swimming pools, trekking, playgrounds, etc. complete. The air is very cool.
