• Location wise✔️ (walking distance +/- 400 meters from Bandung station, took only 5 mins to get there in a moderate walking), easy to find public transports from the hotel, so many foodstalls/restos nearby.
• Staffs friendliness✔️

Despite their great location & staffs friendliness, unfortunately so many things from this hotel could be improved :
• The whole cleanliness & much needed renovation from the room interior / refurbishment from furnitures and other utensils in the bedroom and bathroom could be better & get an improvement. We found some parts from the furniture were broken or worn out. Not to mention the hotel towels, bad quality for a hotel with rate in 650k
• Check in / check out time: Big disappointment in our stay at this hotel. The unprofessionalism and inconsistency about check in time & check out time that could be fair for both parties, not only to the business for the hotel, but also to us as customer who had paid to stay & hoped for an easy-smooth process, got the basic fairness for us to get the room ready on time (2pm) yet we got the room ready at around 3.30pm (late for 1,5 hours). But when we asked a later checkout time for the compliment of the problem, we got only 1 hour added time by a 'high occupancy' reason & that also had to be delivered by the staff in an unpleasant way of communication, in which you need to manage and improve a lot. If you already know you get 'high occupancy' in the hotel, maybe you should add your staffs who responsible for cleaning services,so customers won't have to be disappointed like this
