All services are good. Unfortunately, there are no amenities in the toilet, only 1 toothbrush and shower cap.

Hotel staff is friendly, clean, food is delicious

for the room area, there is no night light, the light switch is made one for all areas of the room, Toilet area of the room, there is no exhaust above the toilet ceiling, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. for additional large mineral water, there is no information that the water must be paid for when drunk. breakfast that lacks variety of food, tends to be mediocre. hotel staff who are less professional in answering questions. lack of greetings to hotel guests, so it seems very unfriendly. The swimming pool area is poorly maintained, the stairs up and down the swimming pool are no longer there or are broken, there are no guards on standby in the swimming pool area. the place to rinse and change areas for the swimming pool are not there or inadequate, no special towels are provided for swimming, towels are brought directly from the room.

Great location, walking distance to the train station and Braga Street. Staffs are all great. Unfortunately, the room is old.

Hotel location: very strategic, close to the city center, looking for cafes, FO, etc. close and strategic Staff: Good Bed Room: room 520, the wall near the bed is damp, the room feels like an old and old hotel, the cleanliness of the room is relatively okay, not dirty, but not too clean either over all: Hotel OK, just needs maintenance, touch ups for rejuvenation.

The room size is spacious, close to Bandung station and close to everywhere, the reception staff who served at check-in time were very friendly.

Stayed here during Ramadan, so the breakfast was delivered to our room, so the breakfast option was limited. But nice place, but maybe the room needs to be refurnished.

Good, close to town. Breakfast is quite complete and easy to reach for snacks.

The bedcover is not very clean, the eating utensils at breakfast are not very clean, apart from that it is quite good.

Strategic location, nice and comfortable place

first stay at this hotel, because my husband insisted on staying at this hotel, and he said that he was the one who built this hotel. btw this hotel used to be called planet hotel, now it's changed to vue palace which is a member of artotel group.. for a 4 star hotel, the room size is quite spacious, the cleanliness is good, the staff are all friendly, the breakfast menu has many variants, my 7 year old child was charged 75k but it was all worth it.. but it's very unfortunate, there is no plastic trash can in the room and bathroom, then there is no doormat in the room, when I complained it was only given and even then it took quite a long time, the water channel in the bathroom is not smooth, so there is a lot of stagnant water, the AC is not cold enough, luckily it's cold in Bandung.. hopefully in the future it will be improved again, because remember this is a 4 star hotel ☺️

The staff is not friendly. Asked for a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. Even though I paid for a smoking room. The bathtub was leaking. The sheets were dirty with lots of red stains.

Ordered an artsy twin room, got a room on the 5th floor next to the service lift from the start of check-in in the afternoon until the morning it was very noisy, I don't know if it was the sound of the service lift next door or above, so it was hard to sleep & the chair under the table in the photo was not available. Maybe if it was in another room it would be more comfortable

Recommended hotel to stay in Bandung with friendly staff , near city attraction , good and variety breakfast , clean and ambiance with large room. Surely will come back.Well done Vue Palace Artotel Curated!
