A friend came to pick us up and drop us off so transportation was not a problem. Not crowded and thankfully not too many tourists. It looked like more working people stayed there.

This hotel located near the station and close to restaurants. Breakfast was delicious.

Convenient hotel, not too far walk to the train station. The hotel is fine, nice breakfast and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a Seven 11 next door. Rooms are fine and average size for Japanese hotels.

Other than the limited parking options for visitors, enjoyable stays. Nice breakfast options!

Walking distance from kokura station with nearby mall and Uomachi Gintengai Street. Room is small but decent with amentities provided. Friendly staff assist with the check in as well as the luggage storage prior check in and post check out.

Stayed here for a few days and the Bed was as hard as a rock and the pillow was the same. Also there was no storage in the room.

Room good, staff very helpful. Bathroom larger than expected. Bed comfortable.

Near Kokura station. Very easy to access. Can walk to Kokura castle. Nice staff. Clean room.

너무 좋아요! 여행 많이 다니는데 가격대비 최상이라고 생각합니다. 우선 방도 침대도 욕조도 넓어요. 제가 2주전에 오사카에서 가격은 2배에 방은 0.7~0.8배만한 곳에서 자다와서 그런지 너무 만족스러워요. 위치도 너무너무 좋아요 고쿠라역에서 5분? 안걸리는거 같고 다 걸어다닐만해요 바로 옆에 세븐일레븐 있어서 돈 뽑으려고 편의점 안찾으러 다녀도 돼서 너무 좋았고 직원분들도 너무 친절해요! 기타큐슈 올때마다 여기서 묵어야겠어요

フロントの大分県宇佐の出身のお嬢さんが非常に親切でした。感謝しております。小倉駅からも近いです。隣はセブンイレブンなので買い物便利です。朝食もおいしいです。洗濯機、乾燥機もありますので洗濯は便利でした。

スタッフの皆さまが気持ちよく応対くださり、またサービスの朝ごはんも手作りで、とても美味しく、助かりました。コスパも良く、また利用したいと思いました。

アルファードの車で行ったら駐車場入らなくて近くのパーキング案内されました。提携で安くなる駐車場とかあれば最高だなと思いました。朝食がなんか残念でした。普通に卵焼きとベーコンとかあればよかったなぁ。駅近ですぐセブンあるし便利は凄くいいです！

スタッフの方は笑顔で丁寧に接客されて良いと思います。 部屋の冷蔵庫の中に髪の毛があったり、浴室にも床に髪の毛が落ちていたり、トイレの足元が濡れていたのは気になりました。
