Good transit hotel

Perfect hotel for a family stay en route to the Italian Alps. Will definitely stay again as a stopover.

Very good modern hotel the room was excellent toilet and shower spotless as was the room it’s self. Breakfast was good.All staff excellent. Restaurant adjacent to hotel was excellent some of the best food I have had in Italy 🇮🇹 All round we will be back.

The internet is super slow, they kept cutting off the AC and the property looks different on the website. The breakfast was straight, I could stay here again but definitely not all that.

Polite staff with prompt service in a relaxed environment.

Very rude staff at check in, did not provide rooms booked which meant I had to pay for an extra room, unhelpful and when I complained about the rude staff he started complaining to my guests that I had complained!

A really lovely hotel, excellent price. Rooms are spacious, smart and clean although a little too warm, breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from. WiFi was available to all rooms. Hotel is 10mns to the airport and 20mns to Bergamo and also on route to Austria (Brener pass) and Tirano for the Bernina train. Restaurant offered excellent evening meal with tea and coffee in the bar.

A basic allround 4-star hotel. Good for a pre or post-flight stay. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Excellent choice for people staying in Bergamo near the airport. Very nice place and very, very nice staff. Only the breakfast is not so good. Loud pop music in the breakfast room, coffee as thin as tea and very bright, white light from huge lamps in the ceiling. Not optimal for early mornings. Would prefer good italian espresso og the like, soft lounge music and the light as well soft and dim.

The young man on the receptionl was so helpfull & it was a pristine hotel,very imprest with the hotel
