The food and the staff

This was my third stay, and once again, it was above my expectations! The atmosphere is great, the food is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. I will definitely be back again.

Excellent stay, onsen was very good & bath with privacy. Dinner & breakfast were sumptuous & excellent spread. Only down side is our Japanese style house is facing an elevated carpark without privacy.

The staff is friendly and attentive . The dinner keiseki was very good . However the location is slightly remote , the walk to the shops is slightly tiring .

Half board meals were excellent, room was clean and service was good

Everything was okay except too small. Bed cushion is too soft and bed is not fixed at all.

The setting in the countryside was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were extraordinary in their care and attention to detail. The food was outstanding with such a variety of exquisitely prepared and served dishes. The accommodation was spacious and luxurious with the added bonus of a private Onsen in our traditional Japanese villa. Nothing was lacking.

The accommodation is very nice. It would be better if hotel could inform us in advance the starting time of dinner - as we were surprised that hotel staffs were waiting for us while we arrived the hotel at 18xx. We are sorry if there would be any delay schedule for hotel staffs... Overall, it is an amazing experience and yes we would recommend this hotel to our friends with no doubt.

酒店大致整潔、舒適

房間設備很老舊，難怪網站照片不多。浴室地板很冰，晚上洗澡非常冷 要洗快速戰鬥澡。 只有戶外的個人溫泉還行，晚餐料理還不錯。 這個價位還有很多其他的選擇。

超好禮貌細心，環境舒服

雖然是外國員工，但服務非常的到位，無論入住和用餐親切的態度都讓人感覺很舒服，臨走還主動幫忙拍照，車子開很遠了，也還在後照鏡看得到路上親切的送客招呼、非常滿意此次的住宿。

Locates away from the busy area. There are only 6 houses which provides a perfect, quiet and realxing environment for healing vocation. Food and service are amazing. I speacially love the dinner there. Room is large and clean. We planed to go out to shop a bit, but ended up staying in hotel becuase the room and onsen are too great.
