Breakfast is very poor…

The location of the hotel is a bit far from Niigata station, but close to everything in Furumachi. They also have a shuttle bus from the station to the hotel. Checkin was quick and the room was slightly larger than your average Japanese hotel room. Services were good, and the bed was comfortable. All at a reasonable price during golden week!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend restaurants, give directions and information to local sites, etc. My wife and i enjoyed the accomodations. Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. They even refresh the room daily. We also enjoyed the modest Japanese breakfast. The location was good, fairly close to the center of town.

朝食がとても美味しい。

朱鷺メッセのイベント遠征の為に宿泊しました。 朱鷺メッセまで近くはないけど 歩いて行ける距離でした。 近くにコンビニもあるし、何より朝ごはんのおにぎりが最高においしかったです！

加湿器があってたすかった。 やはり、朝食が丁寧に用意されていたところが良かった！

朝食のおにぎりと味噌汁がとても美味しい

普通に過ごしやすかったです。 加湿器は使い方がよくわからず、使えませんでした。 シャワーの熱さと強さは良かったです。 おにぎりの朝食は美味しかったですが、おにぎり無くなってしまったようでスタッフの方が忙しそうでした。それでもその後の応対がとても良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

朝食がビュッフェであったら満点だった。

ホテルの駐車場は、満車で止めることが出来ない事もあるそうですが、隣にコインパーキングもあり、100円しか違いません。

商店街や万代橋に歩っていける便利な場所でした。値段的にもリーズナブルと思います。

フロントスタッフの対応が良かった。 朝食のおにぎりは大変美味しく食べ過ぎ注意です。
