I recently stayed at Zenith Hotel in Kuantan and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, giving a luxurious first impression. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the warm and polite service from the Malay staff at the reception. However, I did notice that a few of the other service staff were less approachable, which slightly affected the overall experience. The hotel room was large, very clean, and had no unpleasant odors. It was comfortable and well-maintained, which made my stay more enjoyable. Another big plus is the hotel's location — it's incredibly convenient. The East Coast Shopping Mall is located just across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5 stars. With a bit more consistency in customer service, especially across all staff, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

Servers at the restaurant need to be more attentive. Direction for parking need more improvement.

Everything was good. Only that the room got a cigarette smell, even though we did request for a non-smoking room.

all is well. aircond is so just like I love it. cold. will repeat again to stay here for vacations.

The reception staff are not friendly; Zero smiles and unfriendly tone. Staff should be trained to smile while attending to guests. There 's not enough hotel umbrella to use during raining, to walk across the road to the mall. Quite frustrating! Having said that, the breakfast spread is great. Room is comfy though the TV has limited channels and screen is blur.

It was a pleasant stay. Great room with all necessities provided. Variety of breakfast food selection. Even though the booking was made on the travel day, but traveloka managed to secure the reservation with a great price 🤩👍🏻.

Drop by for a night stay before off to Cherating the next day. Parked at L1 which has direct pathway to Lobby area. Don't forget bring you TnG card for validation at reception before going out (To get free parking). Check-in took a bit while as there was a queue. Wish you could do online check-in system like Doubletree by hilton for members, hassle free check-in and check-out. And don't take deposit anymore as even 5-6 stars hotels I had been to don't practice that since room had been fully paid. Deposit must be in cash or credit card only, RM200 ya. Please make sure you guys have it. The best thing about this hotel are as follows:- Opposite two well known mall in Kuantan city area (East Coast Mall and Kuantan City Mall). All you want is here for shopping and eatery. Cinemas too. So you won't get bored even if alone.- Breakfast by hotel is suprisingly great in taste and abundant of choices.- Clean, tidy and look better on the inside although outside building looks like an office. Setback that can be improve:- Not fully soundproof, can still hear kids voices from room besides ours. Bring ears plug-in if you are a sensitive.- a lot of families with kids, so bear in mind if you a peace and quiet, try asking for room that is not nearby them (if possible).- Deposit of RM200 is absurb. Mandarin Oriental, Majestic, etc have not been taking any since covid. Please revise your policy. Other than the above, all is well. First time stay here, wanted to give it a try to see the level of hospitality and service provided in order to compare with other hotels of same star 😊.
