The hotel location, room comfort, and staff service are all excellent.

The cleanliness of the rooms is okay, booked 3 rooms, came to check-in at around 3:30, 2 rooms were able to enter after almost 6 pm and another room around 7 pm, the service could be faster, brought children and waited a long time for the room so our experience was a bit lacking. As for breakfast, it was okay.

The room was okay, the size and amenities were appropriate, the breakfast was delicious with a decent selection of menu options.

A favorite hotel, my family feels quite comfortable every time I visit Grand Cityhall. The breakfast is addictive, and the service and room facilities make me feel at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

First time visiting Grand Cityhall, so far the stay has been quite safe and comfortable, the breakfast is okay, the service and cleanliness are also good.

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a family staycation. There were issues with the toilet jet spray, and the guest room's AC wasn't cooling enough, but we've already addressed this with the guest experience team. Breakfast was delicious, and the options were extensive.

Stayed for 4 nights, so far everything is satisfactory, breakfast is delicious, during the few days here the menu keeps changing, the room is okay, maybe it could be made more fragrant.

Overall fine, perfect, no issues whatsoever, a casual holiday is fine if it's only a 1 day holiday, so comfortable, very calm, enjoy
