I was in this hotel for one day only and I liked my experience. The hotel was maintained well and even had design elements. The location was in the very centre and easily accessible by bus from the airport. The hotel offered buffet breakfast which I found to my liking.

Good overall

My room was very clean and tidy. I stayed two days. I drank my water which what was provided, but the water was not replaced. The cups for tea or coffee were paper cups.

Staff at restaurant was rude. The card machine didn’t work so he started complaining to me about it.

Great and responsive staff. Large room. Excellent wi-fi. Good breakfast. Nice location (next to Mariott and Atyrau hotel). Excellent ratio value-to-money. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

This is an old property which has been refurbished some time ago. Some of the furniture was showing its age. The standard of housekeeping was not what I would have expected, having said that it was comfortable and clean.

we paid 2 rooms for 3 people and a child first day after breakfast they ask us to pay an extra person when clearly our reservation said the breakfast was free for the 3 adults .. receptionist was rude . then the prices charge were not the same that the hotels.com showed when we did the reservation . also in the room said we will have a minibar and the room didnt have one which is inconvenient when you are traveling with a baby and you need to safe the food of the baby there

Good location not far aways from the city center. The decent, clean hotel for a good price. The only thing is that if you come a bit later for breakfast, there is only very few things left. No minibar.

Об уборке пришлось напоминать. Есть чайник, но стоит он в таком месте, что для его включения надо вынуть из сети холодильник. И таких мелочей много. Приличный завтрак и готовность помочь сотрудников ресепшн улучшает общее ощущение.

Расположение отеля хорошая - в центре города, все доступно и рядом. Отель чистенький, завтраки хорошие и цена приемлемая. Единственный минус - горячая вода еле еле текла (возможно это было только в эти дни).
