Noise from street level made conversation difficult even on floor 9. Stopped when bars closed.There are no supplies in kitchen and none at front desk. 2 plates, 2 juice glasses, 2 forks, 2 knives. No mugs , no tea. No Coffee, no bowls. No hot water, no dish soap. Therefore useless kitchen. Breakfast good. Nice bed and toilet paper and lovely Brazilian staff.

The property is older and more worn than expected. There are almost no dishes, no wine glasses, and an overpriced minibar. Good enough, but only just.

The hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

A very convenient location in Savassi, and having the room of a suite is fantastic. The internet connection was too slow for the online meetings I had during my stay, but that was the only issue. Breakfast is great.

The staff needs extra training and to be more attentive to guests.

Staff was very good. Kitchen had no microwave until we asked for one. No cups and only fork. Plug in did not all work. WiFi good except none in lobby unless you were still a guest. Breakfast was good. Location good. The rooms need updates and they are beginning with new elevators and rooms to follow. Definitely old and worn out. The pictures were not accurate. Uber service was good although one driver never did find us

Everything was ok

It was my first time to Belo Horizonte and it won't be my last, the staff were amazing, they tried rally hard to communicate with me as I spoke little Portuguese. The rooms are clean and spacious and the shower was awesome, great water pressure. All in all a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Stayed for a couple of nights for business. My apartment was large, with a living room and even a separate bathroom for visitors, apart of the bathroom for my own bedroom. The hotel is not new, and therefore do not expect brand new equipment, but, in general, everything fine and working. It shares, though, the most systematic failure of non-international-chain hotels in Brazil: no iron and no iron board! Breakfast is fine, although the restaurant where it is served doesnt keep relation with the size of the hotel. Something not even higher niche hotels have: coffee machine to get an espresso just grounded! Really good point. Staff is kind, and room service quite efficient.

The hotel was good, nice location, good facilities but very old furniture. The lady at the reception upon arrival was very polite, but the guy at the reception at 5am upon check-out was cranky and kinda rude.

This hotel has seriously misrepresented itself as much nicer than it really is. The hotel is dark, unpleasant, and seriously worn-out. The common areas are in serious need of updating, but the rooms are the worst part. Torn furniture cushions, mold and mildew in the showers, sink held together with glue and duct tape ... I checked in for a five-day stay, but checked out early after just one night. Forget this hotel!

A prontidão e educação dos funcionários são formidáveis. Só a internet que não era muito boa.

Quarto impecável, equipe gentil, ambiente muito agradável e excelente localização.

Estava em boas condições. A equipe de limpeza e a equipe que nos atendia no café da manhã foram muito simpáticos. O mesmo já não posso dizer do atendimento da recepção de forma geral.

Suite boa, bom chuveiro e localização excelente. Peca bastante na manutenção. Tinha roupa de cama usada dentro do armário, o temporizador de luz estava com defeito, foi necessária

Hotel bem localizado, com um café da manhã maravilhoso, piscina ótima! Quarto bem aconchegante. Muito bom.
