One of the best customer service I have ever came across. The receptionists were so kind and helpful, treating every guest individually, with true care and a lot of respect. Amazing hotel. We loved it

We stayes 3 nights. Everything was very good exept the room was not cleaned the first day. We came at night and didnt have clean towels, cups, shampoo etc. Very comfortable bed, friendly staff

The hotel SPA lacks towels and washing gel, only one shower is open, and there is no drinking water dispenser. The service at the reception was average.

The only issue I have is that the rooms are not soundproof, which means that if your fellow guests are loud, you may hear them quite clearly.

It is a nice hotel, but requires serious upgrades. The walls between rooms are very thin and I could hear ALL my neighbors activities (I am sorry to my neighbors...). The water in the shower was changing from scalding hot to cold within few seconds without any warning: the piping seems too poor to serve many rooms. There is a smoking ban in the rooms, but the smoke was reaching my room through the window on many occasions. There is a nice pool and SPA at the basement, but there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower area and the curtain was sticking to my body all the time (a terrible experience !) due to the air flow. Clearly the hotel needs an experience hotel manager to detect and eliminate all these annoying features.

My only complaint was the very inconsistent water temperature from the shower. The breakfast buffet was great. Great location and easy to get to.

Rooms are dark and poorly furnished . Bathroom is basic and the shower mixer taps don’t work properly.Housekeeping is poor . Breakfast was the worst that I’ve ever sampled . No air conditioning .Definitely not a 4 star establishment . Distant from Katowice city centre. Please avoid.

A nice peaceful hotel in a good location. The place is quiet during the night and the restaurant at the hotel is very good. Many families come here so the spa was full of kids with their parents.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good amenities! I ate at the restaurant a few times and enjoyed the food.

My wife and I arrived at 2am on Saturday morning following a late flight. As we pulled up we were impressed as the hotel looks lovely. Once inside again the hotel looked very nice. The only issue was a loud Disco in one of the conference rooms. We were given our room key and proceeded to the room which was directly above the disco. We tried for about an hour to deal with the noise but the bed was bouncing so we went downstairs and aske to be moved. It took the poor girl on reception 4 goes before she found us a suitable room away from the noise, which included sending us to a room which was already occupied by an elderly couple. Finally we were sent to a room still above the disco but on the 4th floor so the noise was reduced to a low enough level that we could finally get to sleep but the disco continued until 4.30 am. On Saturday night the disco was back!

Wouldn't stay again -no air conditioning and no curtains.

Every one very helpful and polite.Breakfast excellent,dinner top class,especially beef stake very good and tender.
