I loved the room, it felt more like a very spacious studio.

Friendly helpful staff. Large clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good location with buses outside’s the hotel. Huge park behind the hotel. Good restaurants around.

The A/C unit was making noises every 30 minutes. On/off and cracking sounds. Could not sleep.

The parking is non - regulated…. There are cars, suvs and pick up trucks everywhere- including areas that clearly say: no parking !!! The Hotel doesn’t do anything about it ….!!! The answer is: I am sorry ….!!!

This is a decent option for business travel. Yet the building is old and amenities limited. Bring your own heir dryer. The one offered here is probably from the 60’s. Nice staff though.

Very friendly staff! Great location in the center of Concepcion

It was good in general. The only cons was my daughter ordered mashed potatoes with fried eggs and got a small piece of meat in it. She is vegetarian.

The area was close to the business event, yet it was not as attractive. The hotel is in very old condition and beds are not that comfortable. It was ok for a 1-day stay. There is a local restaurant called La Pasta de la Nonna, it was absolutely phenomenal. Recommended.

I stayed for only one night on business. Rates were very reasonable. Large rooms and good location. Hotel is in general good condition. Full service Restaurant with below average food quality.

This is a comfortable, well-located hotel. Judging from our stays at other Santiago hotels on our recent trip, it is a bit overpriced for what it offers.

En general bien, sólo detalles lo alejan de la excelencia como, estado de las alfombras y la necesidad de contar con ducha teléfono en el baño y algún espejo fuera del que está en el baño. Los estacionamientos son bastante estrechos

En general la atención y servicio estuvo adecuado. El personal de servicio amable y buena disposición, faltó algún grado de conocimiento respecto de disponibilidad de alimentación ( caso jugos, solicitamos de frutilla y mango y solo preparaban de mango, según indicaron por falta de personal) El resto bueno. Saludos

Excelente servicio y habitaciones remodeladas son muy cómodas. Además, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, con rápido acceso a todos lados.
