Great staff the rest is ok

Cold Hot Tub, even after calling ahead to confirm. Absolutely pathetic.

All staff excellent. Hotel itself not so much.

Urban life !! City is full of people and there is a lot to see . Everyone was super kind and welcoming and helpful. Driving is definitely a challenge!!!

It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

Cost benefit friendly. 18 mim from airport, 10 mim away from everything.

Overall the stay was good, front desk attendants were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean. Location is not so friendly if your plans are to go out by walking at night, as it is centrally located.

Eng: I was in the hotel for an overnight stay, so I couldn't know much about the facilities available. But I liked what I saw. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. Both check-in and check-out were fast and simple, and the staff was efficient and polite. The place was clean and all the safety rules for the pandemic were met. The room was simple, but it was quiet, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy although pillows were not what I would like, but nothing serious. As it was a cold night, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The blanket available did a very good job keeping me warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was started at 07:00 which I though was a little too late for a weekday. As my appointment was also early, I unfortunately couldn't try it so I can't say how it was. Valet parking was charged at the check-in and the value of R$20,00 for a 24-hour-stay was pretty reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience and I will come back, which will happen next month.

This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.

Pleasant stay, 2 nights only. Excellent breakfast. Dinner= room service only, with few options, however well prepared, good taste. Neighborhood does not inspire security for night walks. Hospitality is present, with attentive staff in general (lobby, room service, etc).

O hotel deixou um pouco a desejar em atendimento. Poucos funcionários eram simpáticos. Os quartos apresentavam um cheiro forte, parecia produto de limpeza, não sei dizer o que era, que chegou a dar dor de cabeça e alergia. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e até um ovo cozido e talheres descartáveis eram cobrados a parte.

O quarto e o banheiro estavam bem limpinhos e cheirosos, com camas boas. Precisam comprar toalhas novas. Não há serviço de cozinha no hotel e nem pra pegar talher pois pedimos ifood e esqueceram de mandar. No hotel não tem como conseguir, infelizmente.

No site não constava que o estacionamento é cobrado a parte. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando, pedimos para trocar de quarto e não fui atendida. Cafe da manha de segunda feira horrível! Pedi para substituir a manteiga por cream cheese, pq eu e meu filho não gostamos de manteiga e não foi possível, pq nao estava no cardápio da segunda feira. Sanduicheira quebrada e sem poder fazer um misto quente. Enfim, pior cafe da manhã de todos os hoteis que fiquei durante esse ano de 2025 em Campinas.

Havia um vazamento no banheiro do quarto de cima, que não estava pingando no banheiro do meu quarto, porém dava ouvir que a água estava descendo durante todo o dia. Avisei na recpção e nada foi feito

Ótimo hotel, excelente atendimento dos rapazes da recepção, instalações bem cuidadas. Apenas uma crítica quanto à liberação de objetos para os hóspedes: maior dificuldade de emprestarem talheres, taças para uso no apartamento. Causou a mim aborrecimento a toa. Resolvi graças, é claro, a Igor e Tiago, da recepção. Só anotaram e devolvi nas mãos

Pontos +: Boa localização, cama confortável, estrutura apesar de antiga, está bem conservada. Pontos -: Café da manhã deveria ter mais itens e a TV de todos os quartos deveriam ser smart.

Ao confortável, cafe da manhã bom. Local onde fica o hotel achei ruim, região central de Campinas é suja e velha.

Estadia muito boa, café da manhã ótimo, hotel muito limpo, localização central, mas numa rua muito a ermo, garagem pequena e os manobristas ficam com a chave do veículo, mas as chaves ficam acondicionadas nos pára-brisas do carro, o que nos deixam inseguros.
