Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied.

- Very well located between the train station and the centre of the old town. All walkable within a few minutes. - Friendly staff. - Very clean, especially the bathroom which is a big plus. - Good breakfast included. - If any renovations are upcoming, it would be nice to replace the carpet with wood. That’s the only detail. - City tax is expensive!

Glad it was just a one night stay. For the price they need real glasses in the room. Breakfast was fine.

We enjoyed the feeling of an old hotel. Just on the boundary of the old town, so walkable, but at the same time you can escape the crowds towards the end of the day. Free breakfast was also nice with great coffee. Recommend it.

Interiors of common areas of that historic building (1878?) are quite charming. Big underground parking is an essence.

I have stayed at the Belvedere many times but this was the first visit in about 5 years. The hotel has been upgraded with new management and the experience was much improved. We took our first meal at the hotel restaurant and the food was outstanding. Bassano del Grappa is a charming town with an old city center that offers many shopping, eating, and drinking opportunities. The setting against the dramatic foothills of the Alps is mind-blowingly beautiful. This is one of my favorite places in Italy.

old rooms very old ... The hall way look dirty alway Breakfast is ok but they definitely have a very bad coffe considering they are in Italy where the coffe is good even in the metro station... and a smile from the breakfast staff could be nice in the morning also... for the price this hotel charge is way to expensive
