We arrived at 11:30pm in Cancun airport and reached the hotel front door by 12:10am. No one at front desk. We can see thru the locked door. We called 2-3 times, no one pick up phone. But there was someone behind us doing a midnight delivery. He was able to text front desk and 10 minutes later a lady came to open door and check us in. If there was no delivery guy there, we would have not got in. The delivery guy had the lady cellphone #. We have front desk number. We can hear the phone rings when we call hotel.

Very noisey. we expected some noise but this was over the top. Location is great though. Absolutely no english spoken!

Older property which needs updating. No amenities, and the furnishings are old. Took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower. Air conditioning works but not well. Strong smell of cleaning products. Had to pay in cash. Only positive thing is that it is near the bus station and will do for overnight.

Very convenient location only meters away from the ADO bus station. Can’t beat the price and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Hot water and a fully air conditioned room is necessary in a humid place like Cancun.

The Hotel is located at convenient place around transportation specially ADO and shopping places. The only thing it wasn't too much hot water.

The room is large and clean. Overall it was a good deal. Served its purpose. I have a bad knee and I was on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Best thing about this property is location next to ADO bus terminal, so very convenient if Cancun isn’t your destination but you need to overnight before continuing your journey by bus.

AC was good but place was very noisy and they charge a different price dfrom the one offered in cheaptickets site

Staff from day and evening were friendly, they're tried to help as much as they can. And they clean our room everyday, gave fresh towels and made beds. It's just I had to log on to wifi everytime. But everything was good! Easy access to most of we needed by the time we stayed! Superb Service!

Hotel is convenient, only one block from the ADO bus station. Area is OK but not exactly central. Hotel is comfortable, but probably not geared to foreigners since the large TV had absolutely no channels in English so was useless for me and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location right next to the bus station. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a very good budget hotel. Friendly staff and a good-sized room.

Needed a place to stay before we flew out in the morning. Bed and air conditioning. Block away from the ADO bus station. You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was just ok, but the staff was not friendly at all. A big plus, and really the only one, is that this hotel is near the ADO bus station, a two minutes walk from it; and also it has places to it nearby.

Very nice hotel in Mexican neighbourhood with a good place to eat opposite . Handy to be close to the bus station and a supermarket . Clean rooms with hot water .There is water for free to fill up the bottles . Really happy there .

They overcharged me even with the hotels.com reservation. I stayed there before and it is a half block to the bus station so it is very convenient. Just don't leave your room late at night because it is a rough neighborhood. For some reAson you had to pay in pesos when you got there. hotels.com didn't or wouldn't take the card. Strange

We came across this place very last minute. We arrived late into cancun and saw this place on the app. Staff was very friendly. Most important, the air conditioning worked!! Great location because it is so close to the ADO bus terminal, literally around the corner. Also super close to the rest of the local busses and collectives to take you to "Playa Delphines" and the rest of the hotel.
