This is my second time staying here when visiting Tanjung Pinang, as the check-in process was prompt and easy. The rooms are spacious, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. My kids love the pool, which also has a tipping bucket. Thank you.

A well-known hotel, but drinks are served outside using a dispenser. How can it be inferior to budget hotels that still provide bottled water, and the rooms are not worth the price.

First time staying here, the hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is varied, the room is comfortable and clean. But the floor of the room is downstairs..... it doesn't feel safe because anyone can access it.

The room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the TV and telephone need upgrading. They are too old. The hotel is not located in the city center, a bit far from the city of Tanjung Pinang. The food was varied and tasty.

The hotel was pretty good. In my opinion, the only thing lacking was the reception and housekeeping staff's lack of response to guests' requests for a change of bedsheets, which was a bit harsh. Perhaps they hadn't changed the sheets regularly.

Initially, I was a bit bored due to the distance from the airport, but this was alleviated by the access to the beach. I was initially impressed with the good Wi-Fi signal in my room, but it frequently disconnected, so I had to tether my laptop to my phone for my activities in the room.
