Pro: location, kind services. Con: housekeeping per request

If you request something, you never get it. Sometimes we book for 2 nights, the receptionist may ask 'oh, did you book for 2 nights?' What question is this? As a receptionist, you won't know how many nights the guest will stay. Don't you make preparations before the guest arrives to check in? I booked a week in advance, you should take note of the request by the guest (ex. high floor, city view room, etc.) but when I arrive to check in, can you tell me next time, I have to remark on the booking for a special request. I already finished remarking when I booked. Please put a receptionist who knows how to work at the front desk. Please improve your front office department!

This is my second time staying at Shahzan Inn Kuantan. I chose Shahzan Inn because the first time I stayed, the environment was beautiful, the service was good, the room was clean, the room at that price had a fridge and iron and iron board in the room. Very comfortable. Only this time, there was an unpleasant smell starting from the back parking lot that was paid to the PBT, in the lobby, the level 7 environment and the underground parking. I hope the hotel can take note of this issue. That's all.

Every time I come to Kuantan, I stay here, the service is the best. My stuff was left behind after 3 days, then I remembered to go to the counter, thank God, the cleaner kept my stuff.

Location: in front of the mosque and field, walking distance to tower 188. On Sunday nights there is a rust market in front of it, bundles, even the boys play best in front of it. Hotel breakfast is ok for the price paid. Hotel: The room is clean, there are plenty of pillows, there is an iron, there is water, there is a fridge... it's good. Pool: ok for boys. The staff are clean, the room is polite, they smile even though they look tired. Parking: Please add a disabled compartment for easy wheelchair access. Improvements: Please speed up the checkout system. Long wait at the counter 15-20 min (it's 12 o'clock when many people checkout, so there has to be an improvement to speed it up) Please have a welcome drink in front of the counter. Really tired while waiting for the room.

Travelling for work. Good location for quick stay within Kuantan City. Clean.

Aircond problem at one hotel, start check in promised 7pm set, set at 11.30pm. Broken at 2am, last check out at 4am because there is no fan in the room, no aircond is indeed a problem, it's weak with the little kid throwing a tantrum. Those who want to stay here at 2pm don't because the hotel also has no maintenance. The room is cramped, the little kid is stressed.
