I would like to share my recent experience during my stay, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
I had originally booked a room at your hotel near the airport, anticipating convenient access and the complimentary shuttle service as advertised. While I appreciate the effort to arrange alternative accommodation, the new hotel was much farther from the airport and did not offer the same shuttle service. As a result, I incurred significant transportation costs and experienced considerable inconvenience.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it affected what could have been a smooth and pleasant stay. I would also like to suggest that future bookings be clearly confirmed to prevent other guests from facing a similar situation.
