Everything exceeded my expectations. The around the clock receptionist were very helpful.

AVOID this hotel until Owners spend the money to install safes. We read other reviews that people had their money and personal items stolen but didn’t think it would happen to us. The problem is they do not have the air-conditioning on when you arrive and then when you are at the beach, the staff comes in and a large amount of money was taken from our room which was very disappointing as this was the beginning of our trip. The management of hotel del Sol should invest in safes and implement very strict rules to avoid guests having personal items and money stolen. The hotel is beautiful and right in front of the water, which is amazing and a 20 minute ride to the cruise ship stop but NOT worth it until they make improvements..

The staffs at reception are very nice. Maurizio and Gneo are very helpful especially Maurizio explained in details how to go to Roma Termini to explore Roma. The lady worked in the breakfast area was very nice and the food was very good. Nice hotel.

Older property, boutique style. Beds and rooms were decent, showers were terrible - small and very old. Staff were amazing. Overall great experience, bathrooms could use an upgrade.

Charming seaside boutique hotel with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Only drawback was the lack of external ramps for luggage.

Don’t expect to be wowed at this hotel. Everything is pretty basic, but it was clean and the staff very friendly. We only stayed one night before boarding a cruise ship and it was ideal for that, but you wouldn’t want to stop there for a holiday.

Cute little hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean and accommodating. The breakfast is definitely the highlight! Buffet is excellent with delicious pastries, cappucinos, fresh fruits, good eggs, etc. and a big variety. Nice friendly staff!

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!).

Loved everything about this place! Enzo is the best! Everyone is very welcoming! This is the place to go to have a quiet and beautiful place to crash after a long day in Rome!

I booked this knowing it was on the beach. Please note this beach like most in Italy are rocky. You need water shoes. Also you have about a half mile walk to go anyplace for drinks or dinner. There was a good pizza place across street for lunch . Breakfast was good. The property is getting tired and ac didn’t work that good . We were hit at night. Main concern was other guest we met on the beach said the maid stole money that was left out. But in a closet . Shame on the guest for not protecting her stuff. But also made us feel like we needed to keep everything locked up at all times.

The hotel is not what it looks like on the app. It's lap very dirty- kinda gross. Smells bad, even in the lobby. The "chef" fixed our meals while smoking. The tablecloths were dirty and the chef brought our flatware with his fingers on the tines. And the food was absolutely inedible. The rooms were grimy and even the beds had some weird grainy thing going on. The elevator fits maybe 2 people and one suitcase. The doors don't close properly and it's incredibly dirty. The area isn't accessible whatsoever. There's nowhere to eat or shop. And even tho the app says that they have beach access included in the stay, they charged us an OUTRAGEOUS fee of 20 euros per guest! Moreover, the hotel is 100% inaccessible if you have any sort of disability. Please save ur money and ur vacation and go somewhere else, especially if ur American nd used to sanitary food and accommodations. This place was just yuk. HOWEVER! I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly and super nice.

Very nice staff! Cute rooms but in need of updating. Breakfast was quite good and with a lovely ocean view.

The staff were very friendly. Room had a nice view.. The property itself is very run down. We had no hot water. Air conditioning did not work. Toilet seat was broke. Window in the bathroom was broke. It almost fell out of the window frame when we tried to open it. Mirror was broke in the bathroom. Balcony door was broke. This property needs a major maintenance fix.
