Spacious room suitable for family, free parking, in front of the hotel there is a Halal Kopitiam & near the Hospital. Every month I stay at this hotel for hospital appointments.

Every month stay for ongoing medication at Hosp Pulau Pinang. Easy access to halal food Kopitiam in front of the hotel for my kids & my sister's breakfast.

I always stay here when I'm in Penang. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The interior design is also nice. It's quite close to Komtar, Gama Supermarket, Jalan Macalister, New Lane food street, etc. The staff is always very helpful and check-in is quick and easy.

Very clean hotel & spacious room & near halal food restaurant.

I stays at 3rd floor and don't have iron with iron board. So, if want to do ironing clothes, need to go to ground floor. It's hotel also hard to get extra pillow. But room, bed, bathroom, sofa and car park are good.

The room we chose was a family room with 2 queen size beds. The room was in the hallway. It happened that a neighbor was cooking salted fish and the aroma came into the room. But after we returned to the room that night, the aroma had disappeared. And for tea.. coffee.. mineral water was not filled according to the room's capacity.

So far so good. Resepsionis ramah, responsif. Furniture looks old buat everythings is okay. Overall is okay , will comeback someday😇

I would say this hotel definitely not 3 stars from my experience.

I got an upgrade room, so lucky, unfortunately there is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided, but free water, coffee, tea, sugar, there is a water heater, and a hairdryer. Overall ok

Room space was enough for both of us, its twin bed was also pretty big, we loved it! Nearby there were some yummy small restaurants to try, my fave one was Pín Xín (vegan restaurant). Free coffee beverage (self service) in the lobby, overall we felt satisfied enough to stay the nights here, thanks all! 🙏

Good service, good location near Komtar and some places to have meals. This is a second time staying in this hotel and still fine after some years.
