Good view and good location to stay.

It's quite old. The room is stuffy and dusty.

All the staffs are very kind and helpful to the elderly in wheelchairs. The walkway is convenient and can be pushed. The room is clean and very spacious. I am impressed.

Everything is really good. The atmosphere, the service, etc. are worth the price, except for the lack of bathrobes. 💗💕💗

Got the junior suite, nice big comfortable room and bed good value for money. Friendly and professional staff. The location is very handy to the night market and airport also the food court in the adjoining shopping mall is very good with cheap yummy food.

I send the laundry and all my clothes was spoil. The hotel didn't do anything. Unless apologize for the mistake. I needtraveloka help me ti get the money ofy belonging. Sinxe right now cannot be used.

The room set up was very comfortable and cleanliness standard was very high. A huge dinner menu was available including many western dishes and the buffet breakfast was also plentiful.

The reception staff provided very good service, the rooms were clean, the hotel was comfortable, close to the night market, there was a Thai massage service which the masseuses were very good. The price is not expensive at all. Breakfast is considered good, although there is not much to choose from.

Awesome staff, very nice location with many ammenities near, good infrastructure!

เอางี้ก่อนการบริการเหมือนจะดีนะครับ เราเจอเคสห้ามจอดหน้าโรงแรม ให้ไปจอดชั้นสองเพราะจะมี VVIPมาจอด ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่สะดวกและจอดได้หลายคันมาก ถ้าจะปิดการจอดน่าจะเขียนป้ายสักนิด ใช้คำพูดให้ถูกสักหน่อย เพราะคนมันเท่ากันแล้วสมัยนี้ และที่สำคัญเราเองก็ลูกค้าเหมือนคนอื่นนั่นแหละ ส่วนอาหารโอเค ห้องพักสมัยเก่าแล้วพัฒนาใหม่ถือว่าไม่แย่ สระน้ำถ้าไปดึกทางเข้าลำบากแอบน่ากลัว ความสะอาดโอเค การจัดการยังแย่รวมทั้งบริการ
