1. mosquitos in the room. 2. walls not soundproof cos we could hear upstairs guests having wild and loud sex at night. 3. only 1 guest service elevator in the entire hotel. 4. pool view is a sad unused kids pool. 5. front desk receptionist did not activate our 3rd night stay that resulted in our room locked out with power shutdown after 2nd night. We had to go to front desk lobby to clarify. 6. Staff including front desk not familiar with inter-room phone connections.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and access is easy. Comfortable.

I like staying here. Book a Family Room for 4 adults and 2 children. got a very spacious room and a soft double king size bed, cold central AC, the breakfast menu was delicious even though there were not many choices and it was reasonable because the room price was affordable, most importantly the staff were friendly. we got 2 additional free towels, usually it costs an additional 5 rm per towel. the swimming pool is quite good for children, access to everywhere is close, the bathroom is a bathtub, only yesterday the faucet hose was a little leaky and the handle was broken but okay the water was very smooth hot and cold on, what was a little scary at the beginning was the elevator made a little noise when opening and closing but it was safe. spacious parking lot, just buy it next to the hotel there is a parking ticket counter.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic and can reach all places. There are not many food variations.

The staff is quite friendly, but there is one front office staff who is on the night shift... Very unfriendly, in the future they need to be trained again, because they are the youngest but the most unfriendly.

The room is spacious with a very affordable price. Although the hotel looks like an old building, the bathroom is clean and like new, hot water is immediately ok, there is a hairdryer too, it's like a 4-star hotel or above. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can borrow a universal plug and borrow an iron too :).

Upside: Many public car park lots are available in front of hotel. Parking booth is nearby about 50 m away-convenient to buy parking coupons and made payment. Downside: However, breakfast food is rather limited for quality and quantity. Very friendly counter personnel indeed.

I have stayed here for several times, this time my aircon is broken and I reported it to the receptionist and then they sent technician to my room, & after the inspection they decided to change our room, & they upgrade our room. Thank 's to the lady in front desk we are having a pleasant stay at this hotel.

This hotel location is not in perfect location, & pandungan street is quite busy, you need to consider the time to reach airport on rush hours. This hotel furnitures are not as new as few years ago before covid, but the staff there remain the same, they are very welltrained, polite, & kind to quests. The room quite spacious even not very new. Overall I love to stay here, I have stay there more than 4times, and maybe will comeback again next time.
