Clean, comfort, a lot of restaurants around the hotel, easy to find food, easy to get monorail.

This hotel is amazing, really comfortable, clean, the staff aka the receptionist is very friendly, I won't go anywhere else after knowing this hotel is the best.

Good hotel, strategic location, friendly staff.

The fantastic location near KL Sentral makes exploring effortless. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take the monorail from Tun Sambanthan station; it's just one station to KL Sentral. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The room is carpeted, yet they don't provide you with slippers. But I like it this way because if they provided you slippers, most likely visitors would use them inside and outside the room, so they would be dirtier. In my case, the floor is clean. Just put your shoes near the room entrance door, wash your feet, and enjoy your night. It may seem old, but don't worry, all facilities are well-functioning. Excellent value for money—a smart choice for budget-conscious travelers prioritizing convenience. I will be back to this hotel again for sure.

And the fun fact that we ever stayed in this hotel on 2019 when the first time me and my husband come to Kuala lumpur😁😁still the same best feeling✨✨nice

Front office staff was nice and he kindly loaned me plug adapter. Hotel location is very good. Just a few steps away from Kuala Lumpur sentral, restaurants and cafes, and yet very quiet.

Clean and tidy hotel with full city view in my room. Location was great as it was near two train stations. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right.

Everything is fine, its a good hotel. Only one thing make upset abit, where when request to extend my stay, they didn't want to follow travelokas price, it 's okay.

Location is near Kuala Lumpur sentral, a lot of food option. But they don't provide much amenities. Better you bring your own toothbrush and body wash or shampoo. The carpet is bit dusty, I suggest you to wear slipper in the room
