Check-in time was a bit slow, with long queues because there was only one FO. The FO staff were not very friendly, both when contacted by phone and during check-in. The security and doorman were very kind and friendly upon arrival. The room was not soundproof, I deliberately booked the cheapest room because I already knew the deluxe room type. The room was very outdated, with many cracks in several corners of the walls, the sheets were also dirty with stains, and the AC had to be on for hours to feel cold. The water in the swimming pool was dirty and not clear. The BF variety was less interesting, and the taste was also mediocre. I happened to try both restaurants at the time, because Lorin Syariah and Lorin Hotel have different restaurants. It was indeed busy, perhaps the kitchen staff was in a hurry to wash the dishes so some of the cutlery was still dirty. The plus points at this hotel are spacious parking, cool even in the blazing heat, and fast Wi-Fi in all areas.

The service is good. The place is comfortable.

Luckily, I only stayed one night at this hotel, on Saturday night, Sunday. Our room was on the 9th floor, hoping we wouldn't be distracted by the noise from the live music downstairs since we had a 3-year-old toddler with us. What really bothered us was, right at 6 PM after Maghrib prayer, we heard very disturbing sounds of party-like music, etc. Out of curiosity, I called the receptionist, and they said there was a wedding party on the 10th floor, ma'am, and the party would last until 10 PM. We didn't blame the hotel, but it would have been better if we had been informed about it before check-in. They offered to move rooms, and we agreed. But they couldn't give us rooms facing each other or on either side. We booked two rooms, one with my two children under 10 years old. Even until midnight, there was no news from the receptionist. As a result, my toddler was fussy and couldn't sleep until midnight, as did my other child. Wouldn't it be better to install soundproofing in the event room to avoid disturbing other hotel guests? We're paying for the event, and we have the same rights. I'll never stay at that hotel again.

Our second stay was very satisfying, and the kids loved it. This kid-friendly hotel is a must-try, not far from the Sentul toll exit. Deluxe rooms have a minifridge, gym, swimming pool, and playground. Live music is available on weekends. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is varied.

The entire hotel staff is very friendly, including the security guards. The front desk is very welcoming, even offering a choice of rooms overlooking the circuit or the pool. There are massage chairs available for a fee in the lobby near the pool, and the pool is kid-friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and functional. Cleanliness is paramount. The hotel is excellent for family staycations, with ample parking available.

A bit disappointed because I booked a superior room at the Lorin Hotel but it turned out I was placed at the Lorin Syariah.

Everything was fine, but the shower didn't work. The hot water was all cold, and the water flow was very small, making it difficult to take a quick shower. Please take care of this next time.

A truly worthwhile hotel with a varied and comprehensive breakfast menu. The children's play area is plentiful and the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside was that the soap in our room was out of stock and wasn't refilled.

This was my first time staying at the Lorin Hotel and I was very satisfied. All the facilities were nearly complete, and the food was varied and delicious.

I requested a mirror word and a slice cake for my child's birthday. Thankfully, they added a princess image, and my child absolutely loved it. The slice cake, purchased in the lobby, was only 25,000 Rupiah, perhaps because of the "Happy Birthday" text, making it 50,000 Rupiah, haha.

The sheets and blankets were dirty and smelly. When I slept, it felt like there were animals crawling in, possibly mites or something else. Please improve the bed area, especially. The fifth-floor room was very noisy, possibly because it was close to the circuit, and motorcycle exhausts could be heard clearly until 2 a.m. The facilities were okay.

Ask for a hill view, it's gorgeous. There are three swimming pools. The location is strategic, and there's plenty of food nearby, so you won't have to worry about going hungry. Indomaret and Alfamart are nearby, making it a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.

Very close to the toll gate, friendly staff, very fast wifi, lots of food on the menu, spacious parking, spacious rooms with smart TVs, suitable for vacations/staycations with family.

This will be our family's go-to hotel, as it's very kid-friendly, with plenty of events and amenities to keep the kids happy. 🤗 The breakfast is also varied and delicious. Oh yeah, there's a DJ performance every Sunday night, so you don't have to go anywhere else.

I really enjoyed my staycation at Lorin Sentul. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff are all friendly. The air conditioning is super cool, great. The breakfast is also delicious, with a wide selection of menu options, and breakfast is free for children under 120cm. There's also a large play area for children, and my child's favorite is swimming, haha. There are also weekly kids' activities. Most importantly, the rooms are super clean.
