3rd floor (have to go up the stairs). It's not comfortable because the room is too narrow (not suitable for a queen bed. If it's a super single bed it might be ok. The staff looks like a boy (unfriendly), when you come to play a game, give the key and continue playing the game (no greeting at all). Opinion : Even if there is water dispensers on every level, they should put mineral water. It's a small cost thing but it can have a big impact on the tenants. There should be many things that can be upgraded with minimal cost, I hope things like this are taken into account by the hotel.

It 's was third time staying here, overall is good but this time, the room at third floor, no lift. Room is smelly, dirty bathroom, pillow too low, bed too hard. Keep heard others guests sound.

The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel is good, there is only no breakfast, and the location is close to where to eat, but rarely shopping places.

The rooms are quite okay (clean and comfortable, the rooms fit the photos when booking, the toilets are okay) only there is no breakfast, the location is ok, near the place to eat. Just less shopping.

What I like most is this hotel provides many reserved parking for free. One more thing is, the wifi service is super fast. awesome

no refrigerator and the access door hardly to open after swipe the key card.. need to go down to reset card at receptionist..

My room queen bed without window, there are double locks. I like it at the Ground Floor. Spacious enough for 2 persons, clean and I got 2 water bottles free. Staffs are friendly. Very helpful for persons having courses at Pkns Biz Point, walking distance of 1 minute across the road.

The hotel is very clean. Satisfied. Staff also kindly help me take my luggage to level 1 because the hotel does not have a lift. It's just a bit noisy when other guests chatting in the corridors can hear it in the room. Highly recommended. Especially for those who have courses at PKNS Biz Point, Shah Alam. Just a walk across the street.

Near shopping market, easy to find foods, friendly workers. Affordable price. Why pay more? Just choose the best view hotel.

Well, there is no space to pray then I cannot hang my cloth. But since I just stay for a night so it is acceptable. The pillow is just too thin that it is not comfortable. Anyway, the room and toilet are clean. For those with family, I think you should choose bigger room.

Book for family room, but sudden full. Got two single room instead which is very small.

Very comfortable. But if u prefer more space, this is not that one. However it is totally affordable !
