Loved Hotel Capri. Very spacious lounge area and nice looking pool. Breakfast was amazing with wonderful selection of food to select. Tip - air conditioning will not turn on if window is open.

Great location and staff!

Nice hotel, lobby is very nicely decorated and the front desk staff were great - they gave us some brilliant restaurant recommendations. Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Sorrento old town and getting to the ferry port for day trips. Enjoyed the pool. The room was nice with good air con but shower pressure not the best and shower door wouldn’t close properly. General manager not the easiest to communicate with, they misunderstood us a couple of times which was a bit awkward. Have to speak to the chef to order some items for breakfast but orders aren’t written down and mine was forgotten.

Hotel Capri was a comfortable and convenient place to stay during our time in Sorrento. The location was excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance of many key attractions. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. A solid option for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay in the heart of the city.

We had a fabulous few days stay at Hotel Capri. Hotel itself is well located for easy access to everything. All the facilities were good. Staff very nice and always helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Cleanliness is exceptional.

Lovely hotel, lovely pool, have had better hotel food, but then you are spoiled for choice in Sorento!

Our 3 night stay in Hotel Capri was wonderful. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed & valued. The service was excellent. The location was perfect & right in the centre of Sorrento. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide choice of both hot & cold food. The pool was just right. Not too noisy & the perfect place to relax in the centre of Sorrento. Thank you to Theresa & the team for making my 50th trip so perfect!
