The hotel is strategic, the rooms are clean, but for the cleaning staff, you have to remind them first before cleaning the room. If you don't tell the staff, they won't clean it.

Last New Year 2026, I stayed here with that price and facilities, I think it's really good, The receptionist is also quite friendly and explains the rules + what fees are needed, Very close to Jalan Alor, supermarkets, MRT everywhere (although it's a bit of a walk) and money changers too. I chose a room without windows, it's safe not too cramped for 2 people + their belongings, every day housekeeping will clean the room + bathroom, Maybe the downside is if there is noise from outside it can still be heard clearly from inside the room so it's a bit noisy, so far it's still okay and safe 👍

Regret staying with this hotel (My Hotel), will not recommend to any of my Friends. Swear I will not come again to the Hotel even if it Was very cheap/Free. Accept only cash, no credit card. Deposit 10rm while Other cheap Hotel didnt ask any. My guests were asked to Leave the room at Maximum 10pm, I Was so mad while staying at Other Hotel I Could bring Them up and they can Leave any time. Knocking my room 2 times, one time one guy warned That the stay Was only for 2 Person while it Was informed Child until 12 years Old can stay for Free, very rude and impolite. 5 minutes after That knocking again and asked guests to Leave the room soon. 5 minutes after That, receiving call asking What time my guests would Leave, I Said I will let Them Know, but then they Said Maximum at 10pm. That time it Was 9.30pm, they gave only 30 mins for my guests to stay in the hotel. My guest finally Leave the room earlier and waited Another friend to fetch down at the lobby. I Found one little cocroach on bed Side, jet shower for cleaning WC Was not in Good Order/broken. There Was no door handle from Outside, Was only Pushing to get Inside the room. The cleaning Guy knocked the door and impolitely opened the door without permission. I was only with my underwear That time and That Guy only say sorry. Breakfast Was not Good, and not much Variety. Very uncomfortoble stay, swear I will not come again. Very bad Experience. I went to KL taht time and stayed in Pavillion, Shangri-La, ceria hotel, Royal Kuala Lumpur, and my hotel, experienced each hotel was Great but my Hotel Was the worst, Giving bad feeling at my last stay in KL.

In terms of the room, just arrived on day 1 and it was already evening and the floor was oily, especially the bathroom. So I cleaned it myself with a wet cloth until the black color of the floor disappeared, and the bathroom was flushed a lot until it wasn't slippery. I reported it because it was already evening and the staff weren't there. The next day it was cleaned again and it was dirty again. The floor had never been mopped and the staff had to wear shoes to scrub the bathroom, and then I went back to the dirty hotel again. I've stayed here 4 times, but the first time was in 2022, it was comfortable, the rest of the time it was never good, the view, the room was not clean anymore. The table was worn out. . I already knew the breakfast menu by heart, fried rice, noodles, eggs, and bread.

Good hotel location, just walk to Jalan Alor to find food and shopping to Bukit Bintang shopping center such as Pavilion, Fahrenheit, etc. Room no 402, city view and spacious enough for 2 persons

The hotel staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. The rooms were quite clean, and the service was satisfactory.

Near monorail station, close to Jalan Alor food center, Berjaya Times Square, in Bukit Bintang area

The property offers good value for the price. It is conveniently located along the road and close to tourist spots. Water pressure in both the toilet and shower is strong, and the bathroom is clean. The only downside was that the room attendants were quite loud while talking and working.

Very nice staycation. Would be coming here again on the next trip
