Beautiful location, room was nice

Nice hotel and very good and professional staff. Room are clean and supplied enough with all required utensils, good breakfast and bar , close to all ski area and mountains . Definitely recommended! Thank you

The place is in a quiet beautiful area surrounded by mountains. We arrived by the dinner and it was after all good. It was just an overnight stay on our trip so I don’t have anything to complain. Shower in the room was very pleasant with good water pressure. Room itself was spacious and clean.

we stayed for 7 days, 1 adult and 2 children. generally speaking - the hotel was OK. reasonable cost. reasonable room. nothing to write home about...

the family bedroom had a single bed which was very uncomfortable as it was made up of two tiny square mattresses!!!!! needless to say our little one had to sleep on the big bed. the breakfast does not include English breakfast as it stated on the advert, it was all continental. However, the staff were very friendly and helped us for the very short stay that we had. We would definitely come back (hopefully with a different room this time!).

Struttura con molte cose da rivedere, poca pulizia, cibo non eccezionale

La chambre était confortable. La piscine est belle. Le déjeuner était délicieux.

Ideale struttura per chi come noi desidera una vacanza con figli. L'hotel offre tutti i comfort che si possano desiderare e la location è perfetta per qualsiasi attività esterna. Ottima l'accoglienza ricevuta dal primo giorno da tutto lo staff, disponibilità massima, sempre con garbatezza e sorriso: complimenti alla Direttrice Eleonora e a tutto il personale, con una menzione particolare per Sara, bravi!!! Saremo lieti di ritornare se ci sarà nuovamente occasione!

Déçus par cet hotel. L’espace piscine bien mais un système de filtrage ou chauffage extrêmement bruyant : j’ai été réveillée tôt le matin par le bruit alors que notre chambre était au 3ème étage. Pas de climatisation si bien que nous devions dormir la fenêtre ouverte. La literie de moyenne qualité. Wifi en panne pendant 2 jours sur 5. Réception télé de très mauvaise qualité et aucune chaîne française. Nous avons testé le restaurant : pas terrible. Bref, nous n’y retournerons pas.

Bereits wenn man eintritt ins Hotel riecht man die Chemikalien, welche vom Wellness-Bereich unten stammen. Zimmer grosszügig, einigermassen sauber, jedoch renovationsbedürftig: Zierleisten brechen ab, Dusche müsste dringenst entkalkt werden und Plättli erneuert werden. Frühstück so la la, doch ok. Abendessen, wenn nicht HP gebucht, möglich, jedoch mit nur mit viel Geduld. Gute Qualität aber. Wellness sehr klein und nur mit Badekappe. Welcomedrink nur Orangensaft statt ein Cocktail von der Bar, wie es auf dem Voucher stehen würde. Personal etwas unorganisiert, jedoch freundlich.
